Եթե լինն պայմանավորվածություններ երկու կողմերը կհրապարակեն, քանի դեռ չկան պայմանավորվածություններ դրանց մասին հրապարակումներ և հավելյալ մեկնաբանություններ չեն լինում։

Այս մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց ՀՀ ԱԳ փոխնախարար Վահան Կոստանյանը՝ պատասխանելով հարցին, արդյոք Հայաստանն ու Բաքուն պայմանավորվածություն ունեն, որ սահմանազատումը պետք է սկսել տավուշի մարզից։

Հարցին էլ՝ Ժամկետներ կան, թե երբ պետք է այդ 4 գյուղերը վերադարձվեն, փոխնախարարը նշեց, որ նման ժամկետներ չկան։

Ինչ վերաբերում է հարցին՝ արդյոք երկկողմ հանդիպումներ նախատեսվում են խաղաղության գործընթացի հետ կապված, նա տեղեկացրեց, որ այս պահին հանդիպման վերաբերյալ պայմանավորվածություն չկա։

Հարցին՝ Հայաստանը հայտարարում է պաշտոնապես ,որ պատրաստակամ է Տավուշի այդ հատվածից սկսել սահմանազատումը և այդ տարածքները վերադարձնել Ադրբեջանին ադրբեջանական կողմը պահանջում է այդ տարածքները, ի՞նչն է խնդիրը, որ գործընթացն առաջ չի գնում , Կոստանյանը շեշտեց, որ Հայաստանը հայտարարում է՝ պատրաստակամ է դելիմիտացիայի գործընթաց իրականացնել Ալմա-Աթայի հռչակագրի համապատասխան քարտեզների հիման վրա՝ վերականգնելու 91 թվականի սահմանագիծը։

ԱԳ փոխնախարարը նաև անդրադարձավ վաղը Բրյուսելում կայանալիք Հայաստան-ԵՄ և ԱՄՆ հանդիպմանը, նշելով, որ վաղվա օրակարգում լինելու են տնտեսական և հումանիտար հարցեր։ «Ակնկալում ենք՝ մեր գործընկերները թե՛ տնտեսական դիմակայունությունը բարձրացնելու, թե՛ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից բռնի տեղահանված մեր հայրենակիցների սոցիալական և հումանիտար, բնակարանային խնդիրների լուծման համար օգնություն կտրամադրեն»,- ասաց նա և հավելեց, որ մեր առջև ԵՄ, ԱՄՆ կողմից պահանջ չի դրվեկ դուրս գալ ՀԱՊԿ-ից կամ ԵԱՏՄ-ից։
