Մոսկվայի և Բաքվի միջև դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների հաստատման օրվա առթիվ ուղերձում Ադրբեջանում Ռուսաստանի դեսպանությունը նշել է, որ Ադրբեջանը կարևոր ռազմավարական գործընկեր է, բարի հարևան և Ռուսաստանի հուսալի դաշնակից։
«Պետությունների միջև փոխգործակցության զարգացումը նպաստում է Հարավային Կովկասում և Կասպյան տարածաշրջանում կայունության և անվտանգության ամրապնդմանը», - ասված է ուղերձում։
Դիվանագիտական առաքելությունն ընդգծել է, որ կա երկուստեք շահագրգռվածություն ռազմավարական գործընկերության և դաշինքի հետագա զարգացման հարցում։
Հայաստանում ՌԴ դեսպանությունը երեկ էլ ուղերձ էր հղել հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունների հաստատման օրվան, նշել, որ երկու երկրների շփման մեջ կան և՛ հակասություններ, և՛ փոխադարձ պահանջներ, սակայն «երկկողմ հարաբերությունների հիմքը մնում է նույնը»։
«Ռուսաստանի և Հայաստանի միջև սերտ դաշնակցային կապեր, փոխգործակցություն բոլոր ոլորտներում. ահա թե ինչն է համապատասխանում ինչպես ռուսների, այնպես էլ հայերի հիմնարար, իրական շահերին», - նշել էր Երևանում ՌԴ դեսպանությունը։
