iz.ru-ն «Երրորդը կլինե՞ս. ինչո՞ւ է Փաշինյանը ցանկանում հանդիպել ԱՄՆ-ի և ԵՄ-ի առաջնորդների հետ» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ առաջիկա ուրբաթ՝ ապրիլի 5-ին, Բրյուսելում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կհանդիպի ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Էնտոնի Բլինքենի և Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովի ղեկավար Ուրսուլա ֆոն դեր Լեյենի հետ։ Ակնկալվում է, որ բանակցությունների ընթացքում Երևանին կխոստանան անվտանգության որոշ երաշխիքներ և կգովաբանեն եվրաինտեգրման ցանկության համար։ Իսկ ի՞նչ են ասում փորձագետները: Քաղաքագետ Արթուր Աթաևը խորհուրդ է տալիս ընթացիկ բանակցություններից սենսացիաների չսպասել:

«Հայաստանն ու Արևմուտքը տարբեր նպատակներ ու շահեր ունեն։ Երևանը ցանկանում է անվտանգության երաշխիքներ ստանալ և փորձում է պաշտպանվել ադրբեջանա-թուրքական տանդեմից։ Արևմուտքը չի ցանկանում ներքաշվել այդ կոմբինացիայի մեջ, սակայն շատ է շահագրգռված Ռուսաստանին տարածաշրջանից դուրս մղելու մեջ։ Կարծում եմ, որ Բրյուսելում կողմերը կփնտրեն ինչ-որ հավասարակշռություն ու փոխընդունելի դիրքորոշումներ։ Ընթացիկ հանդիպումից բեկում չեմ ակնկալում, դա կլինի միջանկյալ փուլ, և արդյունքներից ելնելով՝ կողմերը կսահմանափակվեն դեկլարատիվ հայտարարություններով»,- կարծում է նա։ IMEMO-ի կովկասյան սեկտորի ղեկավար Վադիմ Մուխանովն էլ կարծում է, որ Հայաստանը մտադիր է արտաքին քաղաքական շրջադարձ կատարել։

«Երևանը ցանկանում է նվազեցնել իր կախվածությունը Ռուսաստանից, առաջին հերթին՝ խոսքը ռազմաքաղաքական և ռազմատեխնիկական ասպեկտների մասին է։ Ըստ այդմ, Երևանին անհրաժեշտ են անվտանգության երաշխիքներ այլ խոշոր խաղացողներից։ Այդ առումով հատկապես կարևոր է ԱՄՆ-ի հետ փոխգործակցությունը, որը գլխավորում է ՆԱՏՕ-ն և ուղիղ կապ ունի Թուրքիայի ղեկավարության հետ»,- ընդգծել է նա։ Փորձագետը նաև կարծում է, որ ընթացիկ բանակցություններից բեկում ակնկալելն իմաստ չունի։ «Խոսքը շփումների սկզբի մասին է, Երևանը զոնդավորում է հիմքը ու իրեն է առաջարկում։

Կարծում եմ, որ այս փուլում Հայաստանի ղեկավարությունը գոհ կլինի, անգամ եթե Վաշինգտոնը հանդիպումից հետո գոնե բանավոր խոստանա արձագանքել Բաքվից և Անկարայից Հայաստանին ուղղված սպառնալիքներին։ Եթե դա տեղի ունենա, ապա Փաշինյանի թիմը, հավանաբար, կսկսի ավելի ակտիվ «մաքրել հրապարակը», այսինքն՝ քշել ռուս սահմանապահներին, Ռուսաստանի հետ որոշ երկկողմանի պայմանավորվածությունները խզել և ինչ-որ կերպ փորձել հեռավորություն պահպանել Մոսկվայից»,- եզրափակել է Մուխանովը։
