«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Ինչպես հայտնի է, անցած տարեվերջին Արցախի Հանրապետության ԱԺ «Արդարություն» խմբակցության պատգամավորների նախաձեռնությամբ ստեղծվեց «Արդարություն և վերադարձ» հայ ազգային և մշակութային արժեքների պահպանման ՀԿ: Կազմակերպության հիմնադիրները նշել էին, որ իրենց նպատակներն են՝ լսել և լսելի դարձնել արցախահայության ձայնը, «վեր հանել Հայաստանում բնակություն հաստատած՝ բռնի տեղահանված արցախցիների խնդիրները, քննարկել և ի մի բերել այն բոլոր հնարավոր տարբերակներն ու ուղիները, որոնք կարող են օգնել բոլորիս վերադառնալ Արցախ» և այլն:

Ի թիվս այլ ծրագրերի, ՀԿ անդամները սկսել են «Արցախի երիտասարդության որոշիչ ձայնը» ծրագիրը, որի շրջանակներում, «Փաստի» տեղեկություններով, նախատեսում են Հայաստանի բոլոր մարզերում հանդիպումներ ունենալ արցախցի մեր հայրենակիցների հետ՝ քննարկելու արցախցիներին անհանգստացնող հարցերը: Ուշագրավ է, որ շարքն սկսել են Սյունիքից, մասնավորաբար Կապանից: Այստեղ, ի մասնավորի, նշվել է, որ ՀԿ-ն արցախցու ձայնը լսելի է դարձնելու թե՛ ՀՀ իշխանություններին, թե՛ միջազգային կազմակերպություններին… Մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, հաջորդ «կանգառը» Շիրակի մարզն է: Ապրիլի 6-ին «Արդարություն և վերադարձ» ՀԿ ներկայացուցիչները բռնի տեղահանված արցախցիների հետ կհանդիպեն Գյումրիում:
