ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանություն հաղորդում է ստացվել այն մասին, որ 2024թ․ ապրիլի 3-ին անհայտ անձը դիմակավորված և զինված մուտք է գործել Բագրատունյաց փողոցում գտնվող փոստային բաժանմունք և գումար պահանջել:

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 44-252-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 5-րդ կետով և 335-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ:

Կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն, հայտնաբերվել, առգրավվել և զննվել են տարածքը տեսաձայնագրող սարքերի՝ դեպքին վերաբերելի ժամանակահատվածի տեսաձայնագրությունները։ Հարցաքննվել են ‹‹Հայ Փոստ›› ՓԲԸ բաժանմունքի աշխատակիցները և դեպքին առնչություն ունեցող մեկ տասնյակից ավելի անձինք։

Ստացված փաստական տվյալներով պարզվել է, որ ապրիլի 3-ին, ժամը 09,10-ի սահմաններում 25-ից 30 տարեկան տղամարդը, կրելով գլխարկ, արևային ակնոց, բժշկական դիմակ և ձեռնոցներ, մուտք է գործել Երևան քաղաքի Բագրատունյաց 7 հասցեում գտնվող՝ ‹‹Հայ Փոստ›› ՓԲԸ-ի ‹‹0039›› բաժանմունք։ Լիցքավորելով խլացուցիչով ատրճանակը՝ այն պահել է բաժանմունքի աշխատակիցների վրա և, պոլիէթիլենային տոպրակը նետելով սեղանի վրա՝ պահանջել է գումար՝ սպառնալով չտալու դեպքում կրակել: Աշխատակիցներից տեղեկանալով որ դրամարկղում գումար չկա, նա հեռացել է՝ ավարտին չհասցնելով իր հանցավոր մտադրությունը։

Կատարված քննչական և օպերատիվ հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում ստացվել են տվյալներ առերևույթ հացնագործություն կատարած անձի տեղաշարժի վերաբերյալ։ Հայտնաբերվել են քննության համար հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող իրեր:

Իրականացվում են անհրաժեշտ բոլոր միջոցները դեպքի հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ։ Այդ, ինչպես նաև առերևույթ հանցանք կատարած անձի ինքնությունը պարզելու, նրան հայտնաբերելու համար օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներ իրականացնելու վերաբերյալ հանձնարարություն է տրվել Ոստիկանությանը։
