«Շատ հարցեր կան, որոնք բազմակողմանի քննություն են պահանջում, բացի դա՝ պորտֆելների հարցում համաձայնություն չկա»,– մեզ տեղեկացրեց ՀՅԴ– ՀՀԿ բանակցություններից իրազեկ անձը։ Բանակցությունները մեկնարկել են անցած տարեվերջին՝ դեկտեմբերի 30-ին, հունվարի 8-ի կողմերը երկրորդ հանդիպումն է եղել, դրանից հետո՝ ևս 1-2-ը։ Նույնիսկ պահ է եղել, որ 99 տոկոսանոց որոշում են ընդունել, բայց ամեն անգամ ինչ-որ բան խանգարել է։ Բանն այն է, որ ՀՅԴ-ի պահանջներն ավելի մեծ են, քան նրանց առաջարկում են։ Նրանք երեք նախարարական, երեք մարզպետական պորտֆելների հավակնություն ունեն, ընդ որում՝ ազդեցության մեծ դաշտ ունեցող գերատեսչությունների, ինչպիսին տարածքային կառավարման նախարարությունն է։

Իշխանությունն էլ ժլատ է, միևնույն ժամանակ չի ցանկանում «կորցնել» ՀՅԴ-ի պես կանխատեսելի գործընկերոջը։ Հակընդդեմ պահանջներից մեկն էլ եղել է այն, որ եթե կոալիցիա է կազմվում, ապա ընտրություններին գնում են միասնական ցուցակով, ինչը ՀՅԴ-ի համար խիստ անցանկալի է։ Իսկ ԲՀԿ-ի մասով, մեղմ ասած, այդ կուսակցության ցանկությունից կախված չէ, քանի որ Սերժ Սարգսյանն է որոշելու՝ մտնեն կառավարություն, թե ոչ։ Թերևս ԲՀԿ-ի հետ կոալիցիայի հարցն առաջ կգա 2017-ի ընտրություններից հետո, երբ այն կկարողանա 10-15 պորտֆել վերցնել։ Ի դեպ, անգամ կառավարության ղեկավարը տեղյակ չէ, թե ինչ բանակցություններ են ընթանում»,–գրում է թերթը։
