Փաշինյանը «դեղին» քարտ է ցույց տվել ԱԱԾ տնօրենին

Ֆրանսիական «Լե Ֆիգարո» պարբերականին Արցախի նախագահ Սամվել Շահրամանյանի տված հարցազրույցը նյարդայնացրել է Հայաստանի գործող վարչախմբին։

Անցած շաբաթ Շահրամանյանը «Լե Ֆիգարոյին» տված հարցազրույցում խոսել էր Արցախի վտարանդի կառավարության մասին, նշել, որ Արցախի պետական կառավարման մարմինները շարունակում են հասարակական հիմունքներով կատարել իրենց աշխատանքը։

Կառավարության նիստում անցած հինգշաբթի Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը խրոխտ մի տեքստ էր ասել, թե Հայաստանում միայն մեկ կառավարություն կա․ «Ես ուզում եմ շատ հստակ հայտարարել, որպեսզի բոլորի համար պարզ լինի՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում կա մի կառավարություն և այդ կառավարությունը նստած է այս դահլիճում:

Եվ ես ուզում եմ, որ մենք բոլորս այս ուղերձը շատ հստակ արձանագրենք:

Անհրաժեշտության դեպքում պետք է արվեն նաև համապատասխան քայլեր և ձեռնարկվեն համապատասխան միջոցներ, որպեսզի նաև արտաքին ուժերը Հայաստանի անվտանգության համար սպառնալիք ստեղծելու համար չօգտագործեն:

Կրկին ասում եմ՝ կամա թե ակամա, դա ուրիշ հարց է, բայց հարց է, որ պետք է նաև պատասխան ստանա: Ես այսօր պատրաստ չեմ եզրակացություններ անել այս թեմայով, բայց և ուզում եմ հստակ հայտարարել, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում բացի Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարությունից, որևէ այլ կառավարություն չի կարող գոյություն ունենալ:

Եթե որևէ մեկը Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում իրեն նույնականացնում է որպես կառավարություն, դա Հայաստանի ազգային անվտանգության խնդիր է, և հույս ունեմ, որ այդ խնդրի գոյությունը չի նշանակի, որ մեր մարմիններն իրենց աշխատանքներում թերացել են»,- ասել էր Փաշինյանը։

Ըստ էության Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը իր այս հայտարարությամբ ուղիղ դժգոհություն է հայտնում ԱԱԾ տնօրեն Արմեն Աբազյանից։

Արցախից հեռանալուց հետո , երբ Շահրամանյանը ժամանել էր Երևան, հիմնականում շփվում էր իր նախկին գործընկեր Արմեն Աբազյանի հետ, իսկ սոցիալ-տնտեսական հարցերով ՝ փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Խաչատրյանի։

Արմեն Աբազյանի առաջ խնդիր էր դրվել , որ վերահսկողության տակ պահի Շահրամանյանին, որպեսզի վերջինս թույլատրելի գծերը չանցնի։

Եվ զարմանալիորեն Արցախի նախագահը երկար ժամանակ իրեն զուսպ էր պահում իշխանության հետ հարաբերություններում։

Այդ հանգամանքը, նշենք, լուրջ դժգոհություն էր առաջացնում արցախյան և ընդդիմադիր տարբեր շրջանակներում ։

Մինչ վերջերս փաշինյանական վարչախումբը համարում էր, որ Արմեն Աբազյանին հաջողվել է անհրաժեշտ գծի մեջ պահել Արցախի նախագահին և համապատասխանաբար՝ իշխանության մյուս մարմիններին, իսկ «Լե Ֆիգարոյի» հետ զրույցից հետո , Փաշինյանը ոչ միայն կոշտ հայտարարություններ է արել կառավարության նիստում, այլ նաև անձամբ հրավիրել է Արմեն Աբազյանին, լուրջ խոսակցություն ունեցել նրա հետ, զգուշացրել, որ Շահրամանյանի կողմից նման վարքը շարունակելու դեպքում , Աբազյանը խնդիրներ կունենա։
