Գրավելով Տավուշի անկլավները՝ Ադրբեջանն «ապահովագրում» է իր նավթամուղերը

Հայաստանում ԵՄ առաքելությունը (EUMA) հայտարարություն է տարածել՝ ընդգծելով, որ հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին «արտառոց տեղաշարժեր» չեն դիտարկվել։
Ավելի վաղ ՀՀ ՊՆ-ն հերքել էր Ադրբեջանի այն ապատեղեկատվությունը, թե իբր ՀՀ զինված ուժերը սահմանի տարբեր ուղղություններով իրականացնում են անձնակազմի, զրահատեխնիկայի, հրետանու և կրակային այլ զինատեսակների կուտակումներ և ակտիվ տեղաշարժեր։
Հանրապետության հրապարակ Տելեգրամ ալիքը գրում է, որ Ադրբեջանը ցանկանում է Տավուշում ստեղծել casus belli՝ անկլավները զենքի ուժով վերցնելու և Տավուշի այդ տարածաշրջանը հայաթափելու համար։ Տավուշով են անցնում Հայաստան–Վրաստան միջպետական կարևոր ճանապարհը, որը թույլ է տալիս ՀՀ–ին կապ հաստատել Վրաստանով թե՛ ՌԴ–ի հետ, թե՛ դուրս գալ վրացական սևծովյան Բաթումի և Փոթի նավահանգիստներ։
Տավուշում է գտնվում 3–րդ բանակային կորպուսը, որը համարվում է հայոց բանակի ամենամարտունակ ստորաբաժանումներից մեկը, իսկ Տավուշի առաջնագիծը լավ կահավորված է և ՀՀ ՊՆ–ն այնտեղ ունի գերիշխող դիրքեր Ադրբեջանի նկատմամբ։
Գրավելով անկլավները, Բաքուն ցանկանում է կազմաքանդել 3–րդ բանակային կորպուսի պաշտպանական համակարգն ու հսկողություն սահմանել ՀՀ–Վրաստան ճանապարհի և Տավուշի խոշոր քաղաքների նկատմամբ, որոնք հայտնվելու են Ադրբեջանի զինուժի նշանառության տակ։
Բացի այդ, Տավուշի հարևանությամբ է գտնվում Ադրբեջանի Գյանջա–Դաշքեսանյան տնտեսական շրջանը, որտեղով անցնում են Բաքու–Թբիլիսի–Ջեյհան նավթամուղը, Բաքու–Թբիլիսի–Էրզրում գազամուղն ու Ադրբեջանն ու Վրաստանը միացնող հիմնական երկաթգծային, ավտոմոբիլային ճանապարհները։ Ադրբեջանն այդ շրջանով ելք է ունենում դեպի Վրաստան, սևծովյան նավահանգիստներ և Թուրքիա։
Հսկողության տակ վերցնելով Տավուշի անկլավներն ու կարևորագույն բարձրունքները, Բաքուն նաև «ապահովագրում» է իր էներգետիկ–տրանսպորտային կարևորագույն լոգիստիկան։
Այսպիսով, Ադրբեջանը 2020թ–ից մինչև այսօր նպատակ է դրել և աստիճանաբար իրականացնում է հայ–ադրբեջանական սահմանում գերիշխող դիրքեր գրավելու, Հայաստանի կարևորագույն լոգիստիկան հսկողության կամ նշանառության տակ վերցնելու ռազմավարությունը՝ Տավուշից, Գեղարքունիքից մինչև Սյունիք։
