Հայաստանի և Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության դիմակայությունը մտնում է նոր փուլ։

Մարտի 12-ին իր մեծ ասուլիսում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը խոսել էր ՀԱՊԿ-ում անդամակցությունը սառեցնելու մասին, նշել, թե Հայաստանը դուրս կգա այդ կառույցից, եթե ՀԱՊԿ-ը ցույց չտա իր պատասխանատվության գոտին մեր երկրում։ 20 օր մտածելուց հետո ՀԱՊԿ-ը հայտարարություն է արել, նշել, թե Հայաստանում իրենց պատասխանատվության ոլորտն են համարում՝ Հայաստանի ինքնիշխան տարածքը կարգավորված պետական սահմաններում։

-Պատասխանատվության գոտու մասին ձևակերպումները բավական բարդ է և ավելի շատ նպատակ ունի ուշադրութուն հրավիրել հանրապետությունում տիրող իրավիճակի վրա, քան՝ առարկայական պատասխան ստանալ, քանի որ համաձայն 2010 թվականի փոխգործակցության սկզբունքների մասին համաձայնագրի, որը ստորագրել են ՀԱՊԿ-ում, պատասխանատվության գոտին անդամ պետությունների ինքնիշխան տարածքն է,- նշել են կազմակերպությունից։ Իհարկե է մեծ է գայթակղությունը միայն հայկական կողմին մեղադրելու ՀԱՊԿ-ի հետ հարաբերությունները սրելու մեջ, մինչդեռ ՀԱՊԿ-ն ինքն էլ խոստովանում է, որ բոլորովին ցանկություն չունի կատարելու հայկական կողմի բավական տրամաբանական պահանջը։

Ի դեպ, դեռևս 2021 թվականին Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը հայտարարում էր, թե Ադրբեջանը ՀԱՊԿ-ում ավելի շատ բարեկամներ ունի, քան Հայաստանը, թեև կազմակերպության անդամ հենց Հայաստանն է։

Ըստ էության՝ Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպութունը որոշել է սրել հարաբերությունները Հայաստանի հետ և ամեն ինչ անել, որ Հայաստանը դուրս գա այդ կազմակերպությունից։

Մյուս կողմից պաշտոնական Երևանին ևս ձեռք է տալիս նման զարգացումը՝ հանրության շրջանում իր սեփական նարատիվներն առաջ մղելու և տպավորություն ստեղծելու, թե իրենց գործողություններն արդարացված են։
