1or.am-ի տեղեկություններով, իրականում Բրյուսելում ապրիլի 5-ին նախատեսված Փաշինյան-Ֆոն դեր Լայեն-Բլինքեն հանդիպումից Հայաստանն ընդամենը կարող է ակնկալել մեկ միլիարդ դոլարի աջակցություն:

Հետաքրքրական է, որ տարիներ առաջ արևմուտքը մեր երկրին խոստացել էր 2,6 միլիարդ դոլարի չափ օգնություն, որն այդպես էլ մնաց խոստումի մակարդակում: Եվ ներկայումս «զեղչված» օգնությունն ինչու է այդպես ոգևորել մեր իշխանություններին՝ անհասկանալի է:

Անհասկանալի է նաև մեկ միլիարդ դոլարի դիմաց 24 ժամվա ռեժիմով Ռուսաստանին քարկոծելը, հատկապես, որ տարեկան դրանից շատ ավելի մուտքեր մեր պետության բյուջե արվում են հենց Ռուսաստանի հետ տնտեսական կապերի, ԵԱՏՄ անդամակցության և Հայաստան ժամանած հազարավոր ռուսաստանցիների միջոցով:

Փաստորեն, մեր իշխանությունները, որ ապրիլի 5-ի հանդիպումը կոչում են անվտանգային երաշխիքների տեսանկյունից խիստ կարևոր, համոզված են, թե երկրին սպառնացող վտանգները կարելի է լուծել այդ մեկ միլիարդ դոլարով: Սին սպասումներ են, մանավանդ, որ այդ միլիարդն էլ, որով ըստ էության «մանրում են» մեր իրական անվտանգությունը, ըստ մեր տեղեկությունների, միանգամից չի տրվելու, այլ՝ տրանշներով, և ուղղվելու է բացառապես «արևմտաբարերարների» մատնանշած ոլորտներ:
