ՔՊ-ում նոր հակասություններ են առաջացել. պատճառը Սոլովյովն է

«Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցությունում նոր հակասություններ են առաջացել, պատճառը Սոլովյովի հաղորդումներն արգելելու՝ գործող իշխանությունների որոշումն է։
Բանն այն է, որ ԲՏԱ նախարարության հայտարարությունից առաջ «Հայաստանի հեռուստատեսային և ռադիոհաղորդիչ ցանց» ՓԲԸ տնօրեն Մուշեղ Միլիտոնյանը հրաժարականի դիմում էր ներկայացրել՝ հրաժարականի պահանջների մասին ոչինչ չհայտնելով։ ԲՏԱ նախարարության մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ՝ հրաժարականի պահանջը հենց ռուսական «РТР планета» հեռուստաալիքով հեռարձակվող երկու հաղորդումները անջատելու որոշումն է։ Միլիտոնյանը ի սկզբանե նախարարին ասել է, թե տեխնիկապես հնարավոր չէ անջատել հաղորդումները, բայց, Մխիթար Հայրապետյանը այլ մասնագետների հետ խորհրդակցելով, պարզել է, որ նման հնարավորություն կա և Միլիտոնյանին պարտադրել հրաժարականի դիմում գրել։
Գրողների միության նախագահի որդուն այդ պաշտոնում նշանակել էր նրա ընկերը՝ նախկին նախարար, ներկայումս ԱԺ փոխխոսնակ Հակոբ Արշակյանը։ Միլիտոնյանի հրաժարականի պահանջը հակասություններ է առաջացրել Մխիթար Հայրապետյանի և Հակոբ Արշակյանի միջև, ընդհուպ բանը հասել է մինչև Փաշինյան, և Արշակյանը բողոքել է իր ընկերոջը պաշտոնազրկելու կապակցությամբ։
Ի պատասխան՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Արշակյանին և մյուսներին հայտնել է, թե անվերապահ վստահում է Մխիթար Հայրապետյանին և նա է որոշում, թե ով պետք է պաշտոնավարի, ով՝ ոչ։ Առաջիկայում, մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, նման այլ որոշումներ ևս կայացվելու են և չի բացառվում, ընդհուպ ռուսական որոշ ալիքների ամբողջական կասեցումը։
Նախարարությունը նաև պատրաստվում է դիմել կաբելային ծառայութոյւններ մատուցող ընկերություններին՝ պահանջելով նրանց եթերից ռուսական հաղորդումները անջատել։
