«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Nsn.fm-ը «Անլուծելի խնդիր. 50 տարի անց Հայաստանին թույլ կտան անդամակցել ԵՄին» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Հայաստանի անդամակցությունը Եվրամիությանը ներկա իրողություններում անհնարին խնդիր է, nsn.fm-ին տված հարցազրույցում ասել է Կովկասի ինստիտուտի տնտեսագետ և փորձագետ Հրանտ Միքայել յանը։ Ավելի վաղ Հայաստանի խորհրդարանի նախագահ Ալեն Սիմոնյանն ասել էր, որ երկիրը միշտ է ձգտել անդամակցել Եվրամիությանը, սակայն «ներքաշվել է այլ համակարգ»։ Նման համակարգ ասելով՝ Սիմոնյանը նկատի ունի ԵԱՏՄ-ն։ Նա նաև նշել է, որ ԵՄ անդամակցության թեկնածուի կարգավիճակ ստանալը ամենաճիշտ և ցանկալի տարբերակն է, որին պետք է հետևել։ Բացի այդ, նա մեղադրել է Ռուսաստանին ամենադժվար ժամանակաշրջանում Հայաստանին «մենակ թողնելու» մեջ։

«Եթե մենք խոսում ենք Եվրամիությանը լիիրավ անդամակցելու մասին, ապա, իմ կարծիքով, ներկա իրողություններում դա, ընդհանուր առմամբ, անլուծելի խնդիր է։ Դա նույնիսկ տասնամյակների հարց չէ։ Տեսականորեն կարելի է ենթադրել, որ հինգ տասնամյակը կարող է բավարար լինել, բայց դա արդեն ոչ թե քաղաքական հեռանկար է, այլ դրանից դուրս մի բան։ Տվյալ դեպքում Հայաստանում իշխանության է որոշակի քաղաքական խումբ, որի համար եվրաինտեգրումն ինքնանպատակ է, հասարակության վերափոխման ճանապարհ։ Նրանք տեսնում են ոչ թե Հայաստանը եվրաինտեգրման մեջ, այլ տեսնում են եվրաինտեգրումը Հայաստանում, իսկ դրանք տարբեր բաներ են»,- ասել է Միքայելյանը։ Նա նշել է, որ Հայաստանը շատ բան է արել եվրաինտեգրման ճանապարհին, բայց դեռ ավելին է պետք անել։

«Մի կողմից՝ մեծ աշխատանք է պետք անել, մյուս կողմից՝ ոչ այնքան։ Ինստիտուտների մերձեցումը վաղուց է ընթանում, շատ բարեփոխումներ նույնպես վաղուց են իրականացվել, այդ թվում՝ Եվրամիության առաջարկների, ճնշման կամ այլ տեսակի նախաձեռնությունների արդյունքում։ Արդեն ընդունվել են շատ օրենքներ, որոնք այս կամ այն ձևով մեզ մոտեցնում են ԵՄ-ին։ Բայց հարցը ոչ միայն օրենքներն են, այլ նաև աշխարհագրությունը, անվտանգությունը, տնտեսությունը, գերտերությունների միջև մրցակցությունը և այլ շատ բաներ»,- եզրափակել է նա։

Իր հերթին Արտաքին տնտեսական գործունեության աջակցության և տարածաշրջանային զարգացման կենտրոնի ղեկավար Գալինա Բալանդինան, մեկնաբանելով ԵԱՏՄ-ի մասին Սիմոնյանի հայտարարությունը, nsn. fm-ի հետ զրույցում նշել է, որ Հայաստանը շահում է ԵԱՏՄ-ի հետ համագործակցությունից։ «Բայց միայն տնտեսական հարցերը չեն: Տնտեսական առումով, իհարկե, Հայաստանը շահում է համագործակցությունից, այստեղ նույնիսկ խոսելու բան չկա, այդ մասին են վկայում թվերը, աճող առևտրաշրջանառությունը։ Բացի դա, հիմա՝ այս դժվարին պայմաններում, որում հայտնվել են ռուսական տնտեսությունն ու սպառողները, Հայաստանը այն բուֆերներից մեկն է, որով ապրանքներ են ներմուծվում Ռուսաստան»,- ասել է նա։
