Միայն հայտարարություններով չեն սահմանափակվում. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Երեկ քպական պատգամավորներից մեկը նորից մեղադրանքներ է հնչեցրել Ռուսաստանի հասցեին՝ փաստացի շարունակելով Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի քարոզչական թեզերը: ԱԳ նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանն էլ իր հերթին նշել էր. «Այսօր մենք Ռուսաստանի հետ նույն լեզվով չենք խոսում. այն խնդիրները, որոնք կան Ռուսաստանի հետ հարաբերություններում, անհնար է թաքցնել»։ Սա արդեն նորություն չէ. գրեթե ամենօրյա ռեժիմով քպականներից ոմանք փորձում են հանրությանը համոզել, որ «ամեն ինչում ռուսներն են մեղավոր»:
Ավելին, քպականների ու հենց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի՝ վերջին օրերի ու հատկապես երեկվա հայտարարություններից տպավորություն է, որ հանրության վրա «վախ ծախելուն» զուգահեռ հիմքեր են ստեղծում այդ «վախի» հնարավոր «առարկան» հետագայում ռուսների «գրպանը գցելու» համար: Սակայն, ինչպես երևում է, Հայաստանի օրվա իշխանություններն իրենց հակառուսական քաղաքականության մեջ միայն հայտարարություններով չեն սահմանափակվում: Կան տեղեկություններ, որ գարնանից սկսվել են ռուսներին «նեղելու» գործողություններ, ընդ որում՝ տարբեր ուղղություններով։ Խոսքը թե՛ ռուսական զինված կոնտինգենտի, թե՛ այլ մասնագետների նկատմամբ կատարվող քայլերի մասին է։
Օրինակ՝ մեր աղբյուրները փոխանցում են, որ ՌԴ-ի զինված ուժերի հայաստանյան ծառայողներից մեկի բնակարանում վերջերս խուզարկություն է իրականացվել, բայց այդպես էլ ոչինչ չի հայտնաբերվել: Սակայն ուշագրավ է, որ, մեր տեղեկություններով, 102-րդ ռազմաբազայի հրամանատարությանը տեղյակ չի պահվել այդ մասին, ինչը, մեր զրուցակիցներից մեկի խոսքերով, պարտադիր պայման է։ Կան նաև տեղեկություններ, որ ինչ-որ «ժանգլ յորություններ» են արվել ռազմաբազայի զինվորականների ընտանիքների, երեխաների՝ բժշկական ծառայություններից օգտվելու ցանկերի հետ կապված։ Ու սրանք միայն մի քանի օրինակներ են: Մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, այս և այլ դեպքերի հետ կապված Ռուսաստանում հստակ միտում են տեսնում, քանի որ նախկինում երբևէ այդ կարգի միջադեպեր չեն եղել:
