Երևանում սպանության դեպքերի թիվը աճել է 22,2 տոկոսով, իսկ մարզերում 17,5 տոկոսով նվազել է

Հայաստանում 2023 թվականի ընթացքում աճ է արձանագրվել մարդու դեմ ուղղված 40 հանցատեսակով: Քանակական առումով ամենաբարձր աճ արձանագրած հանցատեսակը սպանությունն է:  Այս մասին  տեղեկանում ենք Գլխավոր դատախազության 2023 թվականի գործունեության մասին հաղորդումից։ 

«2023 թվականի ընթացքում արձանագրվել է սպանության 1187 դեպք՝ նախորդ տարվա 542-ի դիմաց. աճը՝ 645 դեպք կամ 119.0  տոկոսով: Սպանության 1187 դեպքից 1132-ը կամ 95.4 տոկոսը հանկարծամահության դեպքերն են,որոնք մինչև 2022 թվականի հուլիսի 1-ը որպես հանցագործության դեպք չէին հաշվառվում: Վերոգրյալը հաշվի առնելով՝ կարելի է արձանագրել, որ 2023 թվականին մարդու դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների աճ իրականում չի գրանցվել, հակառակը, մարդու դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունները նվազել են 75- ով կամ 1.2 տոկոսով (2022 թվականին՝ 6081, 2023 թվականին՝ 6006): Սպանության դեպքերի թիվը, առանց հանկարծամահության դեպքերի թվի, 2023 թվականին կազմել է 55՝ նախորդ տարվա 58-ի դիմաց, այսինքն՝ 3-ով կամ 5.2 տոկոսով պակաս»,- նշված է գլխավոր դատախազության 2023 թվականի գործունեության մասին հաղորդման մեջ։

Գլխավոր դատախազության տարեկան հաղորդման համաձայն՝ Երևան քաղաքում սպանության դեպքերի թիվն աճել է 4-ով կամ 22.2 տոկոսով (2022 թվականին՝ 18, 2023 թվականին՝ 22), իսկ մարզերում՝ նվազել է 7-ով կամ 17.5 տոկոսով (2022 թվականին՝ 40, 2023 թվականին՝ 33):

«2023 թվականին Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում արձանագրված սպանության 55 դեպքից 42-ը բացահայտվել է, չի բացահայտվել 13-ը, որոնցից 7-ը վերաբերում է անձի անհետ կորելու փաստին»,- ասված է գլխավոր դատախազության 2023 թվականի գործունեության մասին հաղորդման մեջ։
