Եվս 2 պատկերավոր քարտեզ, որոնք ցույց են տալիս, թե ի՞նչ է սպասվում Տավուշի մարզի բնակավայրերին և հանրապետական, միջպետական նշանակության ենթակառուցվածքներին` 4+4 տարբերակով (Ադրբեջանի հետ սահմանագիծ ունեցող 4 գյուղերն առաջին փուլով և, այսպես կոչված, 4 անկլավները 2-րդ փուլով) հանձնելու դեպքում:
Այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է ԱԺ «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության քարտուղար Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը։
«Առաջին քարտեզում Ադրբեջանի հռչակած Սոֆուլու և Բարխուդարլու բնակավայրերն են, որոնք ըստ ՀՀ վարչատարածքային բաժանման մասին օրենքի մեր համայնքների մաս են կազմում և հատում են (փակում) Իջևանից դեպի Ազատամուտ-Կայան-Վազաշեն-Բերդ գնացող ճանապարհը:
Այլընտրանքային համարվող Ճամբարակ-Բերդ ճանապարհը չնայած հիմնանորոգվում է, սակայն ռելիեֆի, կլիմայի առումով խնդրահարույց է, իսկ դրա մի քանի հատվածները շատ մոտ են առաջնագծին և տարբեր ժամանակներում Ադրբեջանը ճանապարհի որոշ հատվածներ կրակի տակ է առել:
Ի դեպ, Սոֆուլուն ու Բարխուդարլուն շատ մոտ են գտնվում Իջևանից դեպի Աչաջուր, Սևքար ու այնտեղից Ոսկեպար, Բաղանիս և Նոյեմբերյան գնացող ճանապարհին:
Երկրորդ քարտեզում, բաց կանաչ գույնով փորձել եմ ցույց տալ, այսպես կոչված, «սեռի զոնաները», որոնք կձևավորվեն 8 գյուղերի հանձնումից:
Ինչպես երևում է քարտեզից, այս գյուղերի հանձնումն ունի ուղղակի և անուղղակի ծանր հետևանքներ, որի պայմաններում մեծ թվով գյուղեր հայտնվում են մեկուսացման, կիսամեկուսացման մեջ (հանրապետական, մարզային լոգիստիկ ուղիներից դուրս) և որ այստեղ ամենավտանգավորն է` անվտանգության առումով խիստ խոցելի են դառնում:
Այն, ինչի մասին ասում եմ` որոշակի համեմատության մեջ արտահայտված է Սյունիքի մարզում` հատկապես Գորիսից Կապան հատվածում:
Այս իրավիճակն առաջացավ 2020 թվականի դեկտեմբերից հետո, երբ իշխանությունը հանձնեց Գորիսից Կապան ճանապարհատվածի տարբեր կտորներ` Որոտան և Շուռնուխ գյուղերի հարակից թևերում, իսկ այդ տարածքներում գտնվող բնակավայրերի կյանքը, այդ թվում` Գորիս և Կապան քաղաքի, շրջադարձային փոփոխության ենթարկվեց»,- գրել է նա:
