Ինչո՞ւ է աղմկում Ռուսաստանի ԱԳՆ-ն

Ռուսաստանի ԱԳՆ տարբեր մակարդակի պաշտոնյաների վերջին օրերին արած հայտարարությունները չափազանց կոշտ են և առաջին հայացքից կարող են հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունների վերջնական կործանման տպավորություն թողնել։
Մեկ օրում Հայաստանին անդրադարձել էր Սերգեյ Լավրովը՝ նշելով, թե Հայաստանի իշխանությունները փլուզում են հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունները։ Ռուսաստանի ԱԳՆ խոսնակ Մարիա Զախարովան ևս ճեպազրույց էր տվել, ապա և տարբեր հայտարարություններ տարածել։
Հայաստանում Ռուսաստանի դեսպան Սերգեյ Կոպիրկինը նույնպես հարցազրույց էր տվել, ավելին, Ռուսաստանի ԱԳՆ-ն առանձին հայտարարություն էր տարածել Հայաստանի վերաբերյալ, նշելով, թե Գյումրու 102-րդ ռազմաբազայի և ռուս սահմանապահների ներկայությունը Հայաստանի ինքնիշխանության միակ երաշխիքն են, պնդել էին, որ եվրամիությունը Հայաստանն ընկալում է որպես եվրոպայի համար ռեսուրսների և շահույթի աղբյուր և ցանկանում են Բրյուսելում որոշել Հայաստանի շահերն ու առաջնահերթությունները։
Անգամ քննադատել էին ակնհայտ հայամետ զեկույցը, որ պատրաստել էր ՆԱՏՕ-ի նախկին գլխավոր քարտուղար Անդերս Ֆոգ Ռասմուսենի հիմնած` «Հայաստանի բարեկամների» ցանցը։
Մի խոսքով տպավորություն է, թե Ռուսաստանի ԱԳՆ-ն ուռճացնում է Հայաստանի իշխանությունների գործունեությունը այս ուղղությամբ։ Իրականում խնդիրը ոչ միայն Հայաստանն է և ոչ էլ Հայաստանի վարած քաղաքականությունը։ Այն, որ Ռուսաստանը կարող է խնդիրներ հարուցել, փաստ է, սակայն ռուս փորձագիտական շրջանակներն առնվազն այդ հարցում թերահավատ են։
Ուրեմն ո՞րն է Ռուսաստանի ԱԳՆ-ի նման վարքի պատճառը։ Բանն այն է, որ հայկական ուղղությունը տարիներ շարունակ գտնվել է հենց այս կառույցի կուռացիայի ներքո։
Ազգությամբ հայ Սերգեյ Լավրովն է պատասխանատու եղել հայկական ուղղությամբ աշխատանքի՝ Հայաստանը Ռուսաստանի ազդեցության տիրույթում պահելու, Ռուսաստանի դերն ու հեղինակությունը Հայաստանում բարձրացնելու համար, և այժմ, անգամ Կրեմլում են արձանագրում ՌԴ ԱԳՆ ամբողջական ձախողումը։
Բնականաբար, այդ հանգամանքը հետևանքներ է ունենալու Ռուսաստանի իշխանության ներսում և դա է պատճառը, որ Սերգեյ Լավրովի ղեկավարած գերատեսչությունը նման հարձակումներ է իրականացնում։
