«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Ng.ru-ն «Փաշինյանին հետապնդում է Ղարաբաղի ուրվականը» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության վերջին նախագահ Սամվել Շահրամանյանը ֆրանսիական Le Figaro թերթին տված հարցազրույցում ասել է, որ ԼՂՀ վտարանդի իշխանությունը դեռ գոյություն ունի Երևանում, մարդիկ աշխատում են կամավոր հիմունքներով, մասնավորապես պահպանվել է խորհրդարանը։ Տեղեկանալով այդ մասին՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ասել է, որ նման հայտարարությունները սպառնում են երկրի ազգային անվտանգությանը։ Ռուս-հայկական համալսարանի դոցենտ Անտոն Եվստրատովը ng.ru-ի հետ զրույցում բացատրել է, որ Հայաստանի իշխանությունների և ԼՂՀ նախկին ղեկավարության ներկայիս հարաբերությունները այժմ պայմանավորված են Երևանի՝ ոչ մի կերպ Ադրբեջանին չսադրելու ցանկությամբ:

Այդ առումով Ղարաբաղի պետականության ցանկացած ատրիբուտ ընկալվում է որպես Բաքվին հրահրող, հետևաբար՝ զուտ բացասական գործոն։ Բացի այդ, փորձագետը չի բացառել, որ Ղարաբաղյան պետության գաղափարներից հրաժարվելը կարող է լինել Երևանի արևմտյան գործընկերների պահանջներից մեկը, որոնք պատրաստ են օգնել նրան միայն «միջազգային ճանաչված» սահմաններում։ «Չնայած դրան, Ղարաբաղի նախկին իշխանությունների ներկայացուցիչների շրջանում շրջանառվում է վտարանդի կառավարության գաղափարը, և եթե Փաշինյանը դա հայտարարել է ազգային անվտանգությանը սպառնացող վտանգ, ապա կարելի է կանխատեսել Հայաստանի իշխանությունների կողմից այդ գաղափարները կրող ղեկավարների վրա ճնշումների ավելացում, այդ թվում ԱԱԾ-ի միջոցով, ներառյալ վարչական հետապնդումները, ձերբակալությունները և նույնիսկ քրեական գործերը»,- ասել է Եվստրատովը։

Հայ քաղաքագետ Տիգրան Քոչարյանը նույնպես չի բացառել քրեական հետապնդումը նրանց նկատմամբ, ովքեր կպաշտպանեն ղարաբաղահայության՝ վտարանդի իշխանություն ունենալու իրավունքը։ Միաժամանակ, նրա կարծիքով, Շահրամանյանը Երևանի հետ չվիճելու նպատակով երկար ժամանակ իրեն շատ պասիվ է պահել, ուստի դժվար թե նա կարողանա հույս դնել ժողովրդական լայն աջակցության վրա։ «Փաշինյանը զգում է նրա թուլությունը, ուստի կարող է գնալ մինչև վերջ և ամբողջությամբ լուծարել ԼՂՀ ներկայացուցչությունը Հայաստանում։ Այժմ գնդակը Շահրամանյանի դաշտում է։ Նա և իր շրջապատը կա՛մ պետք է իրենց հռչակեն որպես ղարաբաղահայության առաջնորդներ, կա՛մ պետք է հետ քաշվեն»,- կարծիք է հայտնել Քոչարյանը։

Ինչ վերաբերում է բուն փախստականներին, ապա նրանցից շատերը բարոյալքված են, նշել է փորձագետը, վերջին վեց ամսվա ընթացքում Փաշինյանի կողմնակիցները նրանց պարտադրել են այն միտքը, որ իրենք են մեղավոր իրենց դժբախտությունների համար, մինչդեռ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները բոլոր ուժերով օգնում են նրանց։ Նման քաղաքականության արդյունքը պետք է լինի ղարաբաղցիների՝ սեփական պետության նկատմամբ ունեցած հավակնություններից ամբողջական հրաժարումը։
