Փաշինյանի թիրախում Արցախի իշխանություններն են

 Փաշինյանական վարչախմբի և Արցախի վտարանդի իշխանությունների միջև հակասությունները առաջիկայում կարող են ավելի սրվել, ընդհուպ հանգեցնել իրական բռնաճնշումների և ոստիկանական տեռորի։ Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը երեկ կառավարության նիստում զայրալից հայտարարություններ է արել՝ ըստ էության հակադարձելով Արցախի նախագահ Սամվել Շահրամանյանին։

-Ուզում եմ հստակ հայտարարել, որպեսզի բոլորի համար պարզ լինի, որ Հայաստանում կա մի կառավարություն և այդ կառավարությունը նստած է այս դահլիճում,- նշել է Փաշինյանը և առանց Շահրամանյանի անունը տալու հայտարարել, թե Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից բռնի տեղահանված որոշ շրջանակներ խոսելով վտարանդի կառավարությունների մասին սպառնալիք են ստեղծում Հայաստանի ազգային անվտանգության համար։

Փաշինյանը հանձնարարություններ է տվել իրավապահ համակարգին, որ անհապաղ կանխեն նման դեպքերը։ Պատճառն այն է, որ Սամվել Շահրամանյանը ֆրանսիական «Լե Ֆիգարո» պարբերականին տված հարցազրույցում պատասխանել է հարցին, թե Արցախն այլևս տարածք չունի, բայց ֆորմալ առումով դեռ կա վտարանդի պետութուն և կառավարություն։

—Այո՛, այն շենքում, որտեղ ես ընդունում եմ ձեզ Երևանում, տեղակայված են նախագահական և Արցախի դատական, օրենսդիր կառույցների գրասենյակները։ Պատգամավորները կարող են հանդիպել այստեղ քվեարկելու համար։ Ես հոկտեմբերին հրամանագիր եմ ստորագրել, ըստ որի կառավարության բոլոր նախարարները պահպանում են իրենց պաշտոնները՝ կամավոր հիմունքներով,- նշել էր Սամվել Շահրամանյանը։

Փաշինյանի հայտարարություններից հետո թե՛ Շահրամանյանի, թե՛ Արցախի իշխանությունների դեմ իսկական արշավ է սկսվել իշխանական մեդիայով և քարոզիչների շուրթերով, ընդհուպ՝ վիրավորական արտահայտություններ են անում։

Գաղտնիք չէ, որ Արցախի հայաթափումից հետո փաշինյանական վարչախումբն ամեն ինչ անում է Արցախը մոռացության մատնելու համար, իսկ Ադրբեջանն էլ պարտադրում է լուծարել իշխանության բոլոր մարմինները, որոնք Արցախից տեղափոխվել են Հայաստան։

Դա է պատճառը, որ թե՛ Սամվել Շահրամանյանի, թե՛ Արցախի Ազգային ժողովի նկատմամբ գործող վարչախմբի քաղաքականությունը շատ ավելի թշնամական է, քան Ադրբեջանի հետ հարաբերություններում։
