Ֆաշիստական Գերմանիայի ծավալապաշտական գործողություններից և Ֆրանսիան օկուպացնելուց հետո ֆրանսիացի հայտնի գեներալ և Ֆրանսիայի պարծանք գեներալ Շառլ դը Գոլը 1940 թվականի հունիսի 18-ին, Լոնդոնի ռադիոյով ուղերձով դիմեց Բրիտանիայի տարածքում գտնվող ֆրանսիացի բոլոր սպաներին, զինվորներին և ռազմական մասնագետներին՝ պայքարը շարունակելու կոչով: Այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է ԱԺ «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության քարտուղար Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը:
«Մեծ Բրիտանիան ոչ միայն գեներալի ուղերձը չդիտարկեց որպես իր ինքնիշխանությանն ուղղված սպառնալիք, այլ ճանաչեց Շառլ դը Գոլի կառավարությունը որպես վտարանդի:
Հետագայում այն ճանաչեցին այդ ժամանակվա հսկաները` ԱՄՆ-ն և ԽՍՀՄ-ը:
Իսկ թե ինչու է Հայաստանի կառավարության նիստում մարդ վատացել և ուշաթափվել Արցախի նախագահի այն հայտարարությունից, ով ֆրանսիական «Ֆիգարո»-ի հետ զրույցում նշել է, թե «այն շենքում, որտեղ ես հյուրընկալում եմ ձեզ Երևանում, գտնվում են Արցախի նախագահի գրասենյակը և դատական ու օրենսդիր կառույցների գրասենյակները», արդեն պարզ է:
Նախ Փաշինյանը հավաստիացրել է իր ադրբեջանցի գործընկերներին, որ անհանգստանալու բան չկա, իրենք ոչ միայն չեն ճանաչում Արցախի վտարանդի կառավարությունը, այլ Արցախի հարցը փակելու ճանապարհին պատրաստ են ծայրահեղ քայլերի:
Երկրորդ, իշխանությանն անհանգստացրել է Արցախի նախագահի նաև այն պնդումը, երբ վերջինս անդրադարձել է ՀՀ տարածքների նկատմամբ ադրբեջանական օկուպացիային և տարածքային պահանջատիրությանը, հայտարարելով, թե ինչպես ՀՀ իշխանությունները իրենց երկիրը կարող են անվտանգ համարել, երբ ՀՀ տարածքի որոշ հատվածներ արդեն օկուպացված են ադրբեջանցիների կողմից, իսկ Բաքվի առաջնորդները հրապարակայնորեն հայտարարում են մյուս տարածքներերի նկատմամբ իրենց իրավունքների մասին:
Սա փաշինյանական իշխանության հաշվարկից դուրս է, որովհետև ի տարբերություն իրենց, ովքեր յուրաքանչյուր անգամ տարածք հանձնելով կամ զիջելով, դրանք սկզբում ադրբեջանական են հռչակում, հետո փորձում թեման փակել, Արցախի նախագահը այլ դիրքորոշում ունի և դրա մասին բաց խոսում է:
Դիմադրության, պայքարի ցանկացած դրսևորում, որի հիմքում հայկական շահերի առաջ մղումն է, փաշինյանական իշխանության կոշտ դիմադրությանն է արժանանում, սակայն այս ընթացքը կասեցնել չի ստացվի` անկախ նրանից, թե իշխանությունը դա ճնշելու ճանապարհին քաղբանտարկյսլների շարքը կընդլայնի՞, թե՞ մարդկանց դեմ բութ գործիքներ կկիրառի», - գրել է նա:
