ՀՀ-ն սառեցրել է իր անդամակցությունը ՀԱՊԿ-ին, մինչև հասկանաք, թե այդ կազմակերպությունը կա՞, չկա՞, գործո՞ւմ է․ ԱԺ նախագահ

Հայկական կողմին առաջարկ է եղել միանալ ՀԱՊԿ անդամ պետությունների խորհրդարանական պատվիրակությունների համատեղ հայտարարությանն ու դատապարտել Մոսկվայի «Crocus City Hall»-ում տեղի ունեցած ահաբեկչությունը, սակայն Հայաստանը մերժել է առաջարկը։ ՀՀ-ն սառեցրել է իր անդամակցությունը ՀԱՊԿ-ում։

«Մենք առաջիններից էինք, որ ցավակցեցինք և դատապարտեցինք տեղի ունեցածը, բայց տանել մեզ մտցնել ՀԱՊԿ-ի ֆորմատում և ինչ-որ բան անել, մենք պատրաստ չենք, որովհետև մենք սառեցրել ենք մեր հարաբերությունները։ Բան ենք ասել, դա քաղաքական հայտարարություն է, քաղաքական մարմին է։ Չի լինի մի քիչ սառեցնես, հետո՝ տաքացնես։ Հիմա էլ եմ հայտարարում՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը սառեցրել է իր մասնակցությունն այդ կազմակերպությանը, մինչև հասկանանք, թե այդ կազմակերպությունը կա՞, չկա՞, գործո՞ւմ է, դուրս է գալիս մեր տարածաշրջանից, պատրաստվո՞ւմ է գոնե զանգ կատարել ադրբեջանական կողմիցն և ասել Ջերմուկի մոտ զորքերը դա ՀԱՊԿ-ի տարածք է»,- Պետրոս Ղազարյանի հետ «Հարցազրույց»-ում ասաց Սիմոնյանը։

Դա անելու համար, ըստ ԱԺ նախագահի, պետք չէ գալ, հասնել Հայաստան։

«Չնայած եկել, նայել են։ Հիշո՞մ եք, ՌԴ դեսպանը սիրում եր Ջերմուկում հանգստանալ, լուսանկար էր հրապարակում, բա թող գա, ասի, որ դա ՀԱՊԿ-ի տարածք է։ Այսինքն մի հատ էլ պետք է գան, նայեն տեսնեն դա Ջերմուկի տարածքն է, թե Ջերմուկի տարածք չէ՞»,- ասաց Սիմոնյանը։
