Որպես հիմնադիր նախագահ՝ ես ուրախությամբ կհամագործակցեմ Կազմակերպության նպատակներն ընդունող բոլոր անձանց ու կազմակերպությունների հետ՝ թե՛ որպես անդամ, թե՛ այլ ձևաչափերով: Դարձեք անդամ և մենք ոչ միայն միասին կգործենք, այլև՝ արտահերթ համագումարով կձևավորենք Կազմակերպության խորհուրդը և այլ մարմիններ:

Արցախ Միության առաքելությունն է Հայաստանում և ամբողջ աշխարհում պաշտպանել Արցախի բռնի տեղահանված ժողովրդի հավաքական շահերը, իրավունքներն ու արժանապատվությունը, հետամուտ լինել նրա հանդեպ միջազգային արդարությանը և ի վերջո նպաստել նախնյաց Հայրենիք նրա հավաքական վերադարձին՝ այնտեղ ինքնորոշված, խաղաղ, արդար, արժանապատիվ ու անվտանգ կյանքի համար՝ զերծ նոր ցեղասպանության վտանգից։
