Բաքուն օկուպացված Ստեփանակերտի մարզամշակութային համալիրը ներկայացրել է որպես «գաղտնի ռազմական համալիր»

Monument Watch-ը ահազանգում է․ Ադրբեջանական Baku TV հեռուստաալիքով 2024 թվականի մարտի 20-ին հեռարձակված ռեպորտաժի ժամանակ Ստեփանակերտ քաղաքի Հայկավան թաղամասի բարձունքում դեռևս 2020 թվականի 44-օրյա պատերազմից առաջ կառուցվող մարզամշակութային համալիրը ներկայացվեց որպես «Ստեփանակերտի մոտ գտնվող հայերի գաղտնի ռազմական համալիր»: Ըստ լրագրողի՝ այդտեղ կային ժայռի մեջ փորված թաքստոցներ, գաղտնի սենյակներ, պահեստներ և տարածքը հարմար էր Ստեփանակերտը, Շուշին, անգամ Իվանյանը վերահսկելու համար: Լրագրողը որպես «ապացույց» ներկայացնում է ինչ-որ թղթեր, անվանելով դրանք հատուկ փաստաթղթեր և ցուցադրելով տարածքից գտնված ավտոմեքենաների մի քանի համարանիշներ, որոնք բավականին լավ են երևում և ակնառու է դրանց քաղաքացիական ավտոհամարանիշ լինելը։
Իսկ իրականում Ստեփանակերտի այս հատվածում կառուցվում էր մեծ մարզամշակութային հուշահամալիր, որը հավերժացնելու էր ազգային պայքարի բոլոր զոհերի հիշատակը (նկ. 1-4): Այս կառուցվում էր Սիմոն Պետրոսյանի ներդրումներով: Շինարարությունը մեկնարկել էր դեռևս 2007 թվականին: Համալիրի կազմում նախատեսվում էր լինել նաև թանգարան: Վերջինս պետք է լիներ առաջին հարկում, ունենար նաև ժայռափոր հատված, որի պատեը պետք է զարդարվեին հայոց պատմությունը ներկայցնող բարձրաքանդակներով, պատկերներով: Թանգարանում պետք է ներկայացվեր հայ ժողովրդի ազատագրական պայքարը, երկրամասի պատմությունը, Արցախի ազատագրական պայքարը։
Այստեղ պետք է լիներ նաև մեծ դահլիճ՝ նախատեսված տարբեր միջոցառումների՝ այդ թվում և գիտաժողովների համար: Տարածքում պետք է լիներ նաև հյուրանոց և ռեստորան: Այս համալիրը պետք է նպաստեր Ստեփանակերտում զբոսաշրջության զարգացմանը։
Աշխատանքները 2019 թվականի դրությամբ դեռևս շարունակվում էին և անավարտ մնացին 44-օրյա պատերազմի հետևանքով:
