«Իհարկե Պավել Դուրովից ավելի մեծ ուշադրություն կակնկալեինք, քանի որ տեխնոլոգիական տեսանկյունից՝ այս եզակի և ֆենոմենալ ռեսուրսը, որն իրականում աճել է մեր սերնդի աչքի առաջ, գնալով դառնում է գործիք ահաբեկիչների ձեռքում և օգտագործվում է ահաբեկչական նպատակներով», - ասել է Կրեմլի խոսնակը:
Պեսկովը պարզաբանել է, որ ներկայումս Ռուսաստանում Telegram-ի արգելափակման պլաններ չկան։
Ինչպես ավելի վաղ հայտնել ենք, «Կրոկուսում» տեղի ունեցած ահաբեկչության հեղինակները հավաքագրվել են Voice of Khorasan Telegram ալիքի միջոցով, որը պատկանում էր «Իսլամական պետության» աֆղանական թևին և աշխատում էր Տաջիկստանի լսարանի համար։
