Մերձմոսկովյան Crocus City Hall համալիրում ահաբեկչություն իրականացրած չորս տղամարդիկ եղել են թմրամիջոցների կամ հոգեմետ նյութերի ազդեցության տակ։ Այս մասին հայտնում են ՏԱՍՍ-ը և ՌԻԱ «Նովոստի»-ն՝ հղում անելով իրավապահ մարմինների աղբյուրին։
Թե ինչ նյութեր էին դրանք, դեռ պարզված չէ։
«Չորսը եղել են թմրամիջոցների ազդեցության տակ. փորձաքննությունը կպարզի, թե ինչ թմրամիջոց կամ հոգեմետ նյութեր են նրանք օգտագործել»,- ասել է գործակալությունների աղբյուրը։
Աղբյուրը չի բացառել, որ նրանք ապօրինի նյութեր են օգտագործել ոչ միայն ահաբեկչության օրը։
Ձերբակալվածներից մեկը հարցաքննության ժամանակ ասել է, որ «առանց անուն-ազգանունի» մի մարդ Telegram-ի միջոցով կապվել է իր հետ՝ ներկայանալով որպես «քարոզիչի օգնական» և առաջարկել 500 հազար ռուբլի «մարդկանց սպանելու համար՝ անկախ նրանից, թե այդ մարդիկ ով են»:
Ըստ ՌԻԱ «Նովոստի»-ի աղբյուրի՝ մեղադրյալները կարող էին հավաքագրված լինել «Իսլամական պետություն» ահաբեկչական խմբավորման աֆղանական թևի «Խորասանի ձայն» տաջիկականTelegram ալիքի միջոցով։ Այժմ մեղադրյալները գտնվում են Մոսկվայի Լեֆորտովոյի քննչական մեկուսարանում։
