Ադրբեջանի մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Սաբինա Ալիևան օկուպացված Արցախի Հանրապետության մայրաքաղաք Ստեփանակերտում հանդիպել է այնտեղ մնացած արցախցիների հետ։
Նա այցելել է Ադրբեջանի աշխատանքի և սոցիալական պաշտպանության նախարարության կողմից ստեղծած ապաստարան՝ նախտեսված բնակչության խոցելի խմբերի համար։
Ինչպես գրում են տեղի լրատվամիջոցները, Ալիևան հետաքրքրվել է թե՛ բուն հաստատությունում, թե՛ դրանից դուրս ապրող հայ բնակիչների իրավունքների ու ազատությունների ապահովման վերաբերյալ:
Նշենք, որ օկուպացված Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահ Սամվել Շահրամանյանը ֆրանսիական Le Figaro-ի հետ զրույցում ասել է, որ մեր տվյալներով՝ այսօր օկուպացված Արցախի Հանրապետության ամբողջ տարածքում 10 կամ 11 հայ է մնացել։
«Նրանք հաշմանդամ կամ հիվանդ մարդիկ են, որոնք չեն կարող տեղաշարժվել կամ ցանկանում են մնալ իրենց հարազատների շիրիմների մոտ: 2023 թվականի սեպտեմբերին տեղի ունեցած բռնի գաղթից հետո այնտեղ մնացած արցախցիների թիվն ավելի մեծ էր: Բայց հետո մի քանի տասնյակ արցախցիներ, որոնք որոշել էին մնալ այնտեղ, նույնպես նախընտրեցին Հայաստան գալ Կարմիր Խաչի շնորհիվ», - ասել է Շահրամանյանը:
