Վարչախմբի թիրախում հաջորդը ռուսական ռազմակայանն է

Փաշինյանական վարչախումբը հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունները հիմնովին փչացնելու իր քաղաքականության ուղեծրի շրջանակներում, այժմ էլ նոր թափով է սկսել պայքար մղել Հայաստանում գտնվող ռուս սահմանապահների և, մասնավորոպես, 102-րդ ռուսական ռազմակայանի դեմ։
Թեպետ Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Ալեն Սիմոնյանը հայտարարում է, որ առայժմ 102-րդ ռուսական ռազմակայանը հանելու քննարկումներ գործող իշխանությունը չի ծավալում, բայց իշխանության տարբեր ներկայացուցիչների, մերձիշխանական իրավապաշտպանների վարքը վկայում է, որ ամեն գնով խնդիր է դրված այդ մասով առնվազն հանրային քննարկում ծավալել և հայ հասարակությանը պատրաստել այդպիսի հեռանկարի։
Սիմոնյանը նաև հայտարարել է, թե այլևս «Զվարթնոց» օդանավակայանից ռուս սահմանապահներին հանելու հարցը լուծված է, օգոստոսի 1-ից ռուս սահմանապահները կլքեն «Զվարթնոց» օդանավակայանի տարածքը։
Հաջորդն արդեն թիրախում 102-րդ ռազմակայանն է: Հետաքրքիր «զուգադիպությամ» երեկ «Հելսինկյան քաղաքացիական ասամբլեայի» Վանաձորի գրասենյակը տարօրինակ հաղորդագրություն է տարածել՝ նշելով, թե իբր ռուսական զինվորական հագուստով անձինք տարբեր մեքենաներով, հիմնականում հայկական պետհամարանիշերով, հետապնդում են Ռուսաստանում զինվորական ծառայությունից խուսափած և քաղաքական դրդապատճառներով Հայաստանում հանգրվանած ռելոկանտներին։
Իրավապաշտպանները կոչ են արել Գլխավոր դատախազությանը և իրավապահ այլ մարմիններին,ոչ միայն հետաքննեն այդ դեպքերը, այլ նաև պատասխանատվության ենթարկել նման գործողութուններ իրականացնողներին։ Այն, որ որևէ նման փաստ ՀՔԱՎ-ը չի ներկայացրել ակնհայտ իրողություն է, բայց հայտարարության մեջ փորձում են կայացած փաստի տպավորություն ստեղծել, չի բացառվում, որ առաջիկայում իշխանական մեդիան լայն արշավ կսկսի Հայաստանում ռուս սահմանապահների դեմ։
