Ու՞մ է մեղադրում Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը

Նախօրեին խորհրդարանում բավականին կոշտ տոներով խոսակցություն է եղել ԱԺ պաշտպանության և անվտանգության հարցերով հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանի և արդարադատության նախարար Գրիգոր Մինասյանի միջև։
Ներկայանալով պետաիրավական հարցերի հանձնաժողով՝ Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը տարակուսանք է հայտնել, որ քրեակատարողական ծառայության պետի պաշտոնում նշանակել են նախկին քննիչ Ամբակում Գրիգորյանին։ Ըստ Քոչարյանի՝ նման նշանակումը խորհրդանշում է մարտի 1-ի էջի փակումը, ընդ որում դրա համար Քոչարյանը քննադատել է հենց արդարադատության նախարար Գրիգոր Մինասյանին։ Ամբակում Գրիգորյանը 2009-2013 թվականներին եղել է հատուկ քննչական ծառայության հատկապես կարևոր գործերի քննիչ և մասնակցել մարտի 1- ի գործերի քննությանը։
Ըստ Քոչարյանի՝ այդ քննչական խումբն է կեղծել մարտի 1-ի գործով ապացույցները։ Տարակուսելին այն է, որ Քոչարյանը մեղադրանքի սլաքներն ուղղում է դեպի արդարադատության նախարարին, մինչդեռ նույն Ամբակում Գրիգորյանը 2021 թվականին, արդարադատության նախկին նախարար Կարեն Անդրեասյանի հրամանով նշանակվել էր քրեակատարողական ծառայության պետի առաջին տեղակալ, իսկ 2023 թվականի դեկտեմբերին ՀԿԾ պետ է նշանակվել մարտի 1-ի գործով 2 տարի անազատության մեջ գտնված Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի որոշմամբ։
Փաստացի քննադատության թիրախում պետք է լիներ ոչ թե արդարադատության նախարարությունը, այլ Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանի անմիջական կուսակցապետը, որն էլ մարտի 1-ի գործով նախկին քննիչին նման բարձր պաշտոնի է նշանակել։
Ի վերջո, արդարադատության նախարարը ստիպված է եղել բացահայտել Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանի դժգոհության իրական պատճառը՝ ուղիղ ակնարկել է, որ Քոչարյանն այդ պաշտոնի համար մեկ այլ թեկնածու է ունեցել, որի նշանակումը , սակայն, մերժել են, փոխարենը նշանակել են Ա.Գրիգորյանին։
Մարտի 1-ի բացահայտման մասին անընդհատ հայտարարող իշխանությունները հենց իրենց ձեռքով են փակում այդ գործի քննությունը, մինչ օրս որևէ մեկը մարտի 1-ի գործով պատասխանատվության չի ենթարկվել։
