Կառավարությունն իր այսօրվա նիստում որոշեց ԿԳՄՍՆ «Դիլիջանի պետական քոլեջ» և «Դիլիջանի պետական բժշկական քոլեջ» ՊՈԱԿ-ները միաձուլել եւ կազմավորել «Դիլիջանի բազմագործառութային պետական քոլեջ» ՊՈԱԿ-ը:
Որոշման նախագիծը մշակվել է ելնելով Դիլիջանում սովորողների թվաքանակի նվազեցման միտումից և ուսումնական հաստատություններին ամրացված տարածքների օպտիմալ օգտագործման պահանջից:
Հիմնավորման մեջ նշվում է, որ Դիլիջանում գործում են ՀՀ ԿԳՄՍՆ «Դիլիջանի արվեստի պետական քոլեջ», «Դիլիջանի պետական քոլեջ» և «Դիլիջանի պետական բժշկական քոլեջ» ՊՈԱԿ-ները:
Ուսանողական 70 հասցեում գործող «Դիլիջանի պետական քոլեջում» ներկա պահին սովորում է շուրջ 194 ուսանող, իսկ Ուսանողական 74 հասցեում գործող «Դիլիջանի պետական բժշկական քոլեջում» 196 ուսանող:
Վերոնշված քոլեջներին ամրացված տարածքների մի մասը չի օգտագործվում ուսումնական գործընթացի կազմակերպման համար և լրացուցիչ ֆինանսական միջոցներ են տրամադրվում պահպանման նպատակով: «Դիլիջանի պետական բժշկական քոլեջի» մասնաշենքում անհրաժեշտ է իրականացնել հիմնանորոգման աշխատանքներ, ինչի ավարտից հետո «Դիլիջանի բազմագործառութային պետական քոլեջ» ՊՈԱԿ-ն ուսումնական գործընթացը կիրականացնի գործող նորմատիվների պահանջներին համապատասխան պայմաններում:
Նախատեսվում է վերանորոգման աշխատանքների ավարտից հետո Դիլիջանի Ուսանողական 70 հասցեի ուսումնական մասնաշենքը հանձնել Պետական գույքի կառավարման կոեմիտեին:
Քոլեջների օպտիմալացման արդյունքում «Դիլիջանի բազմագործառութային պետական քոլեջ» ՊՈԱԿ-ում կբարձրանա ուսումնական հաստատության կառավարման արդյունավետությունը, կբարելավեն շենքային պայմանները և հնարավորություն ընձեռնելով պահպանելու սուցանվող մասնագիտությունները կներդրվեն մարզի աշխատաշուկայի պահանջներց ելնելով նոր մասնագիտություններ, ինչպես նաև հնարավորություն կստեղծվի մեկ հաստատության ներսում իրականացնել նախնական (արհեստագործական) և միջին մասնագիտական կրթական ծրագրեր:
Միավորման արդյունքում Դիլիջանի պետական քոլեջի շենքը կհանձնվի պետգույքի կառավարման վարչությանը, որը եւ կլուծի գույքի ճակատագիրը, իսկ, որպես կանոն, կոմիտեին հանձնված գույքը դրվում է աճուրդի ու վաճառվում»:
