Govoritmoskva.ru-ն գրում է, որ ԵՄ առաքելությունը Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի սահմանին «հագեցած կլինի լրտեսներով», և նրանց նպատակն է լինելու տեղեկատվություն ստանալ տարածաշրջանում Իրանի և Ռուսաստանի աշխատանքի մասին, ռադիոկայանի եթերում ասել է քաղաքագետ Կարինե Գևորգյանը՝ ընդգծելով, որ խաղաղապահ գործողությունը չի որոշելու Հայաստանի ճակատագիրը, հիմնական ազդեցություն ունեցողներն են Անկարան, Թեհրանը և Մոսկվան։ «Սա ոչնչի մասին է (ԵՄ առաքելությունըխմբ.), որովհետև Եվրամիությունը դե ֆակտո բյուրոկրատ-ֆրիկների մի խումբ է, որը փորձում է ցույց տալ, թե ինչ-որ մեկին պետք է: Ուստի, այս դեպքում պարզ է, որ Հարավային Կովկասի երկրների և հատկապես Հայաստանի ճակատագիրը կախված է լինելու այն երկրներից, որոնք ունեն տարածաշրջանում ռազմական նյութատեխնիկական ապահովման հնարավորություն։

Այս ողջ խաղաղապահ առաքելությունը, հավանաբար, լցված է տարբեր լրտեսներով, որոնք ցանկանում են պարզել, թե ի՞նչ հնարավորություններ ունեն Իրանը և Ռուսաստանը այս տարածաշրջանում, ոչ ավելին։ Փաշինյանն ասել է, որ եթե չորս գյուղը չհանձնի, ապա պատերազմ կսկսվի, բայց հանձնվի, թե չհանձնվի, միևնույնն է, այն կսկսվի։ Պետք է մշտադիտարկել արևմտյան, թուրքական, ադրբեջանական աղբյուրները, այդ թվում՝ նաև լրատվամիջոցները, որոնք իրենց առաջ դրել են «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքը» ճեղքելու և սեփական ճանապարհային արգելափակոցներ ստեղծելու պարանոյիկ խնդիր։

ԵՄ-ն ի վիճակի չէ նույնիսկ ի դեմս այնպիսի տաքարյուն երկրի, ինչպիսին Ֆրանսիան ու Մակրոնն են, որևէ ռազմական նյութատեխնիկական ապահովում տալ այս կամ այն կողմին աջակցելու համար։ Կա Թուրքիան, որն ունի ռազմական լոգիստիկա և մուտք տարածաշրջան, կա Իրան և կա Ռուսաստանի Դաշնություն, որը կարող է Իրանի օգնությամբ օդային ճանապարհով հասնել Հայաստան: Այսքանը»,- ասել է արևելագետը:
