«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Օրերս պաշտոնական այցով Հայաստան էր ժամանել Վրաստանի վարչապետ Իրակլի Կոբախիձեն: Նա հանդիպել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին, Վահագն Խաչատուրյանին, առաջինի հետ նաև ասուլիս է տվել: Սոցցանցերում օգտատերերը նկատել են, որ ի տարբերություն Հայաստան այցելած այլ երկրների ղեկավարների, չի կազմակերպվել Կոբախիձեի հանդիպումը Ամենայն հայոց կաթողիկոսի հետ:

«Փաստը» փորձեց կառավարությունից ստանալ պատասխան, թե ինչո՞ւ է արարողակարգային նման «շեղում» թույլ տրվել: Վարչապետի մամուլի քարտուղար Նազելի Բաղդասարյանն ի պատասխան ասաց. «Ես ՀՀ վարչապետի խոսնակն եմ, իրավասու եմ պատասխանել վարչապետի հանդիպումների մասով»:

Մենք դիմեցինք նաև ԱԳՆ մամուլի խոսնակ Անի Բադալ յանին, որը մեր հարցմանը պատասխանեց հետևյալ կերպ. «Պաշտոնական այցերի շրջանակներում տեղի ունեցող հանդիպումների շրջանակը որոշվում է փոխադարձ համաձայնեցմամբ՝ հաշվի առնելով այցի օրակարգը և քննարկվելիք հարցերի շրջանակը: Վրաստանի վարչապետի՝ Հայաստան այցի շրջանակներում կայացած հանդիպումների մասին համապատասխան հաղորդագրություններով հանրային տեղեկացվել է»:

Ուշագրավ է մեկ այլ դրվագ ևս: Նախկինում Հայաստան եկած բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաների, հատկապես երկրների ղեկավարների այցերի լուսաբանման ժամանակ հատուկ շեշտադրվում էր նրանց այցելությունը Հայոց ցեղասպանության հուշահամալիր, հատուկ ռեպորտաժներ էին պատրաստվում: Այս անգամ վարչապետի պաշտոնական կայքում ընդամենը նշված է, որ «Իրակլի Կոբախիձեն այցելել է Ծիծեռնակաբերդի հուշահամալիր»:

Մի փոքր ավելի «առատաձեռն» էր փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Խաչատրյանի գրասենյակը, որի տարածած հաղորդագրության մեջ նշվում է, որ «Կոբախիձեն այցելել է Ծիծեռնակաբերդի հուշահամալիր, ծաղիկներ խոնարհել և հարգանքի տուրք մատուցել Հայոց ցեղասպանության զոհերի հիշատակին»:
