«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

ՆԳ նախարար Վահե Ղազարյանն օրերս հայտարարել է, թե՝ ճանապարհատրանսպորտային պատահարները շատացել են նաև մեքենաների թվի ավելանալու և... ճանապարհների որակի բարձրացման պատճառով: Կարճ ասած՝ «փոսեր չկան, մարդիկ գազ են տալիս»: Նախ՝ ի հիասթափեցում ՆԳ նախարար Ղազարյանի, նկատենք, որ աշխարհի շատ ու շատ երկրներում կան շատ ավելի լավորակ ճանապարհներ, մայրուղիներ, արագընթաց մայրուղիներ: Բայց չկա ճանապարհատրանսպորտային այն շփոթը, որ դիտարկվում է Հայաստանում: Հա, ու արտասահմանյան ՆԳ նախարարների մտքներով էլ չի անցնում, որ վթարների ավելանալը լավորակ ճանապարհներով պատճառաբանեն: Ի դեպ, քաղաքապետարանը նույն օրը հայտարարել էր, թե մայրաքաղաքում մեկնարկելու են ճանապարհների «փոսալցման» աշխատանքները: Փաստորեն, ստացվում է, որ դրա իմաստը չկա:

Դեռ մի կողմ թողնենք, որ գնալով ավելի ակնհայտ են դառնում ներիշխանական «բազառները», այստեղ ավելի էականն այն է, որ նույնիսկ իրենք են սկսել զարմանալ իրենց թիմի առնվազն դիլետանտությունից: Եվ որպես հետգրություն՝ նկատենք, որ ՆԳ նախարարը հաստատ քաղաքական լուրջ վրիպում է թույլ տվել՝ դիպել է ասֆալտապատման գործընթացին: Իսկ ասֆալտը, ինչպես հայտնի է, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իշխանության գաղափարաքաղաքական հենքն է, ասֆալտը... դա ասֆալտն է:
