ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում իրականացվող քննությամբ պարզվել են Գյումրի քաղաքի բնակչի կողմից նախկին կնոջ ու նրա քրոջ նկատմամբ կատարված առերևույթ սպանության փորձի հանգամանքները։ Հայտնել է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեն։

2024 թվականի մարտի 24-ին՝ ժամը 14։48-ին Գյումրիի բնակչուհուց հաղորդում էր ստացվել այն մասին, որ քրոջ նախկին ամուսինը իրենց շենքի շքամուտքում դանակահարել է իրեն ու 26-ամյա քրոջը։ Ավելի ուշ, «Գյումրի» ԲԿ-ից հայտնել էին, որ հիշյալ բնակչուհիները մարմնի տարբեր հատվածներում կտրած-ծակած վերքերով տեղափոխվել են հիվանդանոց։

Դեպքի առթիվ նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթով պարզվել և հիմնավորվել է, որ առերևույթ դանակահարությունը կատարել է 27-ամյա երիտասարդ։

Նախաքննությամբ նաև փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել այն մասին, որ վերջինս մինչև դեպքի օրը նախկին կնոջ ու նրա հարազատների հասցեին պարբերաբար հնչեցրել է սպանության, առողջությանը վնաս պատճառելու, խոշոր չափի գույք ոչնչացնելու սպառնալիքներ։

Մասնավորապես, պարզվել է, որ 27-ամյա երիտասարդի կողմից անձնական հարցերի հետ կապված վերջինիս և նրա նախկին կնոջ, քենու միջև եղել են լարված, անբարյացկամ փոխհարաբերություններ։

Այդ պատճառով երիտասարդը, մինչև դեպքի օրը շարունակաբար սպառնացել է նրանց, իսկ 2024 թվականի մարտի 24-ին' ժամը 14:45-ի սահմաններում վերջիններիս կյանքից զրկելու դիտավորությամբ գնացել է նրանց բնակության հասցե, սպասել շենքի բակում։

Նկատելով շենքին մոտեցող 32 և 27-ամյա քույրերին, երիտասարդը, գտնվելով ալկոհոլի ազդեցության տակ, քայլել է նրանց հետևից, ապա ձեռքում պահած դանակով, միևնույն ժամանակ սպառնալիքներ հնչեցնելով, թիկունքից հարվածել է նախ նախկին կնոջ մեջքի, սրտի և աջ ոտքի տարբեր հատվածներին, ապա դանակով հարվածներ է հասցրել նաև նրա քրոջը՝ քույրերին պատճառելով տարբեր աստիճանի մարմնական վնասվածքներ։

Սակայն, այլ անձի միջամտության արդյունքում, երիտասարդը չի կարողացել ավարտին հասցնել հանցագործությունը, ինչից հետո դիմել է փախուստի։

Ձեռք բերված բավարար փաստական տվյալների հիման վրա նրա նկատմամբ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 194-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, 194-ի 2-րդ մասի 4-րդ կետով (2 դրվագ), 44-155-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և 2-րդ մասի 9-րդ կետով հարուցվել է հանրային քրեական հետապնդում և վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնի կողմից ոստիկանությանը հանձնարարվել է հայտնաբերել և ներկայացնել վերջինիս։

Մարտի 27-ին վերջինս հայտնաբերվել է և ներկայացվել վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին։ Նրան առաջադրվել է մեղադրանք վերոնշյալ հանցավոր արարքները կատարելու համար։

Միջնորդություն է ներկայացվել դատարան երիտասարդի նկատմամբ կալանքը որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառելու համար
