ԵԱՏՄ-ից կախվածությունն աճում է. վարչախմբի խոսքն ու գործը տարբերվում են

Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքական վեկտորը փոխելու անհրաժեշտության մասին հայտարարող իշխանությունները տնտեսական առումով ավելի մեծ կախվածության մեջ են հայտնվում ԵԱՏՄ ընդհանուր շուկայից։ Փաստացի, Հայաստանի տնտեսությունն ավելի շատ կապելով Ռուսաստանի և ԵԱՏՄ-ում այլ գործընկերների տնտեսություններից։
Երեկ Ազգային ժողովում էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Գևորգ Պապոյանը հայտարարել է, թե 2023 թվականին ԵԱՏՄ անդամակցության տեսանկյունից գրանցվել են դրական տեղաշարժեր։ Համաձայն վիճակագրական կոմիտեի տվյալների՝ 2023 թվականին առևտրաշրջանառությունը ԵԱՏՄ անդամ երկրների հետ Հայաստանում կազմել է 7 միլիարդ 616 միլիոն ԱՄՆ դոլար, ինչը նախորդ տարվա համեմատ աճել է մոտ 43 %-ով։
2023 թվականին արտահանումը Հայաստանից ԵԱՏՄ անդամ երկրներ կազմել է 3 միլիարդ 609 միլիարդ դոլար, ինչը 2022 թվականի համեմատ աճել է մոտավորապես 41 %-ով։ 2022 թվականին ՀՀ տնտեսական իրական հատվածում օտարերկրյա ներդրումների զուտ հոսքերի ծավալը կազմել է 451,5 միլիոն դոլար։
ԵԱՏՄ երկրների կողմից օտարերկրյա ներդրումների զուտ հոսքերի ծավալը կազմել է շուրջ 364 միլիոն դոլար և գլխավորապես Ռուսաստանից են այդ ներդրումները։
Նույն ժամանակահատվածում օտարերկրյա ներդրումները կազմել են 417 միլիոն դոլար, որից ԵԱՏՄ երկրների կողմից ուղիղ ներդրումների զուտ հոսքերի ծավալը կազմել 250 միլիոն դոլար։
Փաստացի այս տվյալները վկայում են, որ Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունների խոսքն ու գործը իրարից տարբերվում է։
Մի կողմից նրանք անընդհատ փորձում են կտրել Հայաստանի կապերը Ռուսաստանից և ՀԱՊԿ անդամ այլ երկրներից, մյուս կողմից էլ Հայաստանը տնտեսական ավելի լուրջ կախվածության մեջ են դնում Ռուսաստանից՝ փաստացի իրենց գործողություններով վտանգելով Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը։
Ըստ էության՝ արտաքին քաղաքական վեկտորը փոխելու նրանց քայլերը հանգեցնելու են լրջագույն տնտեսական կոլաբսի, և իրենց իսկ հռչակած դիվերսիֆիկացիան այլևս ձախողված փաստ է։
