Հիմա մենք բավականին բարդ շրջան ենք ապրում մեր բարեկամ, եղբայրական Հայաստանի հետ հարաբերություններում. այս մասին Аргументы и факты պարբերականի հետ հարցազրույցում ասել է ՌԴ նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղար Դմիտրի Պեսկովը:
«Հայաստանն ավելի քան եղբայրական է, քանի որ այստեղ ավելի շատ հայեր են ապրում, քան բուն Հայաստանում։ Եվ, ի դեպ, Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության քաղաքացիներ հանդիսացող հայերի տնտեսական ակտիվությունը կազմում է Հայաստանի ընդհանուր բյուջեի շատ մեծ տոկոսը։ Մարդիկ այնտեղ փող են փոխանցում, խոսքը տարեկան մի քանի միլիարդ դոլարի մասին է... Բայց կովկասյան տարածաշրջանը, ցավոք, գրավում է տարբեր արտատարածաշրջանային ուժերի ուշադրությունը։ Մենք համոզված ենք, որ այդ ուժերի մասնակցությունը պետք է խիստ սահմանափակվի, քանի որ այն ի վիճակի չէ այնտեղ կայունություն և բարգավաճում բերել։ Ուստի, հուսով ենք, որ Երևանում կգերակայի քաղաքական կամքը՝ շարունակելու մեր հարաբերությունների զարգացումը, և մենք հաջողությամբ կանցնենք այս դժվարին շրջանը», - ասել է Պեսկովը։
Նա ընդգծել է, որ ԱՊՀ երկրները ՌԴ արտաքին քաղաքականության հիմնական գերակայությունն են, և գրեթե բոլորի հետ Մոսկվան ունի շատ զարգացած երկկողմ հարաբերություններ՝ բացառությամբ Վրաստանի ու Մոլդովայի։
«Իսկ եթե խոսենք մնացածի մասին, ապա բացարձակ հարգանքով ենք վերաբերվում նրանց ինքնիշխանությանը։ Եվ միևնույն ժամանակ մենք հիշում ենք մեր ընդհանուր պատմության, մեր տնտեսական փոխկախվածության մասին, որը ձևավորվել է խորհրդային տարիներին։ Այո՛, այժմ այդ երկրներն ունեն զարգացման իրենց հետագիծը, սակայն նրանց հավատարմությունը միասնական ինտեգրացիոն գործընթացներին մնում է։ Մենք փաստացի ունենք ընդհանուր տնտեսական տարածք ԵԱՏՄ անդամ երկրների հետ։ Կան համագործակցության այլ ձևաչափեր՝ կապված քաղաքականության, անվտանգության և այլնի հետ։ Ինտեգրման այս բոլոր տեսակները կիրառելի են, սակայն դրանց ներուժը հեռու է լիարժեք իրացումից: Ինչ-որ տեղ, իհարկե, խնդիրներ են առաջանում. երբ մենք խոսում ենք նման սերտ փոխգործակցության մասին, դա հնարավոր չէ անել առանց խնդիրների։ Բայց հարաբերությունների գործընկերային բնույթը թույլ է տալիս կառուցողականորեն հաղթահարել այս ամենը», - եզրափակել է ՌԴ նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղարը։
