Բաքուն ստեղծում է ՀՀ-ի նկատմամբ ռազմական ագրեսիայի ու հայերին ապօրինի ազատազրկելու արհեստական հիմքեր

ՀՀ նախկին ՄԻՊ Արման Թաթոյանը ահազանգում է․
«Այն բանից հետո, երբ Հայաստանում բարձրագույն մակարդակով սկսեցին հայտարարել Ոսկեպարի, Բաղանիսի և մյուս գյուղերի մասին, Ադրբեջանն էլ անմիջապես հայտարարեց հայերի նկատմամբ հարուցված [կեղծ] քրեական գործի մասին` «ադրբեջանցիներին ցեղասպանության և տեղահանման ենթարկելու» հոդվածներով:
Այդ կերպ Ադրբեջանը ստեղծում է Հայաստանի նկատմամբ ռազմական ագրեսիայի ու հայերին ապօրինի ազատազրկելու արհեստական հիմքեր` հարուցելով կեղծ քրեական գործեր:
Մասնավորապես, երեկ Ադրբեջանի զինվորական դատախազությունը հայտարարություն է տարածել այն մասին, թե իբր 1990թ․ մարտի 24-ին հայերն ադրբեջանցի բնակիչների վրա կրակ են բացել, որի հետևանքով սպանվել են և գյուղից տեղահանվել են ադրբեջանցիներ։
Ըստ ադրբեջանական դատախազության` «Բաղանիսի և Այրումի ցեղասպանության» մեղադրանքով 18 հայի նկատմամբ կեղծ քրեական գործը հարուցվել է 2005 թ․ մայիսի 5-ին՝ Ադրբեջանի քրեական օրենսգրքի 103-րդ (Ցեղասպանություն) և 107-րդ (Բնակչությանը բռնի տեղահանում) հոդվածներով։
Ըստ այդ հայտարարության` իբր «Ղազախի շրջանի 7 գյուղ շարունակում է մնալ Հայաստանի օկուպացիայի ներքո, որը [Հայաստանը] պետական մակարդակով իրականացնում է ահաբեկչություն»։
Այս ամենը ցույց է տալիս, որ նշված զիջումը լի է նոր աղետաբեր հետևանքներով, այդ թվում` Հայաստանի քաղաքացիների ապօրինի ձերբակալություններեվ, առևանգումներով, գերեվարումներով:
Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունն իր բոլոր հայտարարություններով ու գործողություններով ցույց է տալիս, որ խաղաղության որևէ նպատակ չունի, ընդհակառակը` գործում է Հայաստանի ու հայությանն ուղղված առավել ընդգծված ագրեսիվ քայլերով ու սպառնալիքներով»։
