Իրանը և Հայաստանը՝ գործակցության նոր մակարդակի նախաշեմին

Նարեկ Պողոսյանը Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Ակնկալվում է, որ առաջիկայում տեղի կունենա ԱՄՆ-ի և ԵՄ-ի կողմից Իրանի նկատմամբ սահմանված պատժամիջոցների չեղարկում: Պատահական չէ, որ Հայաստանը շտապեց արձագանքել հարևան երկրի պատժամիջոցների չեղարկմանը: Հայ-իրանական հարաբերությունները մշտապես եղել են բարիդրացիական հիմքի վրա:
Քանի որ Հայաստանը Իրանի առաջնահերթ գործընկերներից է տարածաշրջանում, ապա պատժամիջոցների վերացումը նոր հեռանկարներ է բացում բազմաթիվ ոլորտներում երկու երկրների գործակցության համար: Համագործակցության ամենահեռանկարային ոլորտը էներգետիկ ուղղությունն է: Պատժամիջոցների վերացումը հնարավորություններ է ստեղծում էներգետիկ հսկայական պաշարներ ունեցող Իրանի հետ զարգացնել նոր ռազմավարական ծրագրեր:
Հայ-իրանական մյուս առանցքային համագործակցության ուղղությունը, որին կարելի է զարկ տալ, առևտրա-տնտեսական հարաբերույթյուններն են: Պատժամիջոցների վերացումը հնարավորություն կտա հայկական ապրանքներին մուտք գործելու իրանական մոտ 80 միլիոնանոց շուկա և Իրանին մատակարարել համապատասխան տեխնոլոգիաներ, քանի որ պատժամիջոցների արդյունքում Իրանում տեխնոլոգիական «սով» է առաջացել:
Բացի այդ, Հայաստանը կարող է բարենպաստ միջավայր ստեղծել Իրանից ներդրումներ ներգրավվելու և իրանական ապրանքների արտահանման համար տրանզիտի դեր կատարելու համար՝ ինչպես դեպի ԵՏՄ-ի երկրներ, այնպես էլ դեպի Եվրոպա: Միևնույն ժամանակ, ապրանքների և մարդկանց համապատասխան տեղաշարժ ապահովելու համար անհրաժեշտ են համապատասխան ենթակառուցվածքներ: Այս խնդրի լուծմանն է միտված Հյուսիս-Հարավ ավտոճանապարհի կառուցումը: Պակաս կարևոր չէ նաև Իրան-Հայաստան երկաթուղու կառուցումը, որի հայկական մասի կառուցման ֆինանսավորման համար չինական կողմը շահագրգռվածություն է ցուցաբերել:
Ամփոփելով նշենք, որ ցանկալի է` Հայաստանը իր առավելագույն ջանքերը ներդնի օգտվելու պատժամիջոցների չեղարկման արդյունքում առաջացած վակուումից, այլապես նպատակահարմար պահը բաց կթողնվի, քանի որ որոշ երկրներ արդեն իսկ քայլեր են ձեռնարկում՝ լրացնելու այդ վակուումը:
