Փաշինյանական իշխանությունը մտել է վտանգավոր խաղի մեջ. Արշակ Կարապետյան
POLITICSՀայաստանի կառավարությունն ուզում է ստեղծել մի իրավիճակ, որ պատերազմը դառնա անհնար, սա շատ բարդ խնդիր է, և այստեղ բոլորիս մեծ համբերություն է պետք։ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն այս հայտարարությունն արել է Գյումրիում «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրի» անդամների հետ հանդիպմանը։
Առաջին հայացքից այս հայտարարությունը չափազանց տրամաբանական և իմաստալից է թվում, սակայն մյուս կողմից Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իշխանությունը ոչինչ չի արել, որպեսզի պատերազմը դառնա անհնար, առվազն Հայաստանի Հանրապետության մասով։
44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո գործող իշխանություններն ունեին մեկ եղանակ պատերազմն անհնար դարձնելու համար, այն է բարձրացնել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության բանակի մարտունակությունը, նաև բոլոր ուղղություններով իրական համագործակցություն ծավալել անվտանգության ոլորտի մեր դաշնակիցներին և ռազմավարական գործընկերոջ հետ, փոխարենը, գործող իշխանությունները նախ արտաքին քաղաքական վեկտորը փոխելու ակնհայտ քայլեր են ձեռնարկում այն պարագայում, երբ Ռուսաստանը գտնվում է բացահայտ պատերազմի մեջ Արևմուտքի և Ուկրաինայի հետ, մյուս կողմից որևէ իրական քայլ չի կատարվել Հայաստանի զինված ուժերի մարտունակությունը բարձրացնելու ուղղությամբ, մի քանի երկրներից գնված սպառազինություն էլ ավելի շատ քարոզչական բնույթի գործողություն է, քան Հայկական բանակի մարտունակությունը բարձրացնելուն ուղղված քայլեր։
Առնվազն անլուրջ կլինի կարծել, թե Ադրբեջանը չի հասկանում այս պարզ ճշմարտությունները և չի պատրաստվում նոր պատերազմի, դրա փոխարեն գործող իշխանությունն ամեն ինչ անում է կատարելու թուրք-ադրբեջանական տանդեմի պահանջները և երկիրը գյուղ առ գյուղ հանձնելու թշնամուն։
Իրավիճակը լավագույնս նկարագրել է մեծագույն հայ բանաստեղծ Հովհաննես Թումանյանը իր «Չարի վերջը» պոեմում, որտեղ կկվի դերը վերապահվել է Հայաստանին։ Իրենց այդ գործողություններով Հայաստանի իշխանությունները հետևողականորեն գնում են Հայաստանի պետականության կազմաքանդմանը։
Ըստ էության, իրենք էլ չեն հերքում իրենց իսկ գործողությունները։ Չորրորդ հանրապետություն ստեղծելու մասին Փաշինյանի խոսքերը դրա ապացույցն են։ Այս ուղղությամբ գործող վարչախումբը միայնակ չէ, նրան աջակցում են արտաքին որոշ ուժեր, որոնց նպատակը ամենևին էլ Հայաստանի պետականության ամրապնդումը չէ, այլ ընդհակառակը, Հայաստանի պետության կազմաքանդումն է։ Պատճառը մեկն է երկրորդ ճակատ ստեղծել Ռուսաստանի դեմ և պարտադրել Ռուսաստանին գործողություններ ձեռնարկել Հայաստանի դեմ։ Այն, որ դրանից օգտվելու է առաջին հերթին Ադրբեջանն ու Թուրքիան, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի արտաքին տերերին բնավ էլ չի հետաքրքրում, որ Հայոց ցեղասպանությունից 100 տարի անց հայ ժողովուրդը կրկին կանգնած է ցեղասպանության վտանգի առջև։
«Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ, պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Արշակ Կարապետյանը իր հարցազրույցներից մեկում նշել էր, որ Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունների դիլետանտ այս քաղաքականությունը չափազանց վտանգավոր և աղետալի հետևանքների է հանգեցնելու, նշել, որ փաշինյանական իշխանությունը մտել է վտանգավոր մի խաղի մեջ, ընդ որում իրենք այս խաղի խաղացողները չեն, այլ դրված են հեռակառավարման վրա, իսկ հեռակառավարման վահանակը գտնվում է ԱՄՆ դեսպանատանը։
