Այսօր՝ մարտի 24-ին, ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության Մաշտոցի բաժնի քրեական հետախուզության բաժանմունքի ծառայողները՝ բաժնի պետ Կարեն Բունիաթյանի, բաժնի պետի օպերատիվ գծով տեղակալ Գևորգ Պողոսյանի գլխավորությամբ մի քանի ժամ շարունակ օպերատիվ հետախուզական աշխատանքների արդյուքնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստանում, որ Երևանի բնակիչ 41-ամյա Սարգիս Մ․-ն գտնվում է Ջրվեժ թաղամասի ռեստորանային համալիրներից մեկում։

Shamshyan.com-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ոստիկանները կարճ ժամանակում հասնում են նշված վայր և նշված ռեստորանային համալիրը վերցնում են իրենց հսկողության տակ ու քանի որ Սարգիս Մ․-ն որոնվում էր այսօր՝ մարտի 24-ին, Երևանում «սպանություն», «սպանության  փորձ» կատարելու մեջ և նա ունի հոգեկան խնդիրներ պետք է բավականին պրոֆեսիոնալ մոտեցում ցուցաբերվեր և զգուշությամբ կարողանային նրան վնասազերծեին, քանի որ ամեն պահի նա կարող էր նաև ագրեսիվ պահվածք ցուցաբերեր։

Աղբյուրը հայտնում է, որ ոստիկանները կարողանում են  պրոֆեսիոնալ ձևի մտնել ռեստորանային համալիրի այն սենյակ, որտեղ գտնվում էր նա ու մինչ գլխի կնկներ թե այս ինչ կատարվեց, ոստիկանները վնասազերծում են նրան, ապա տեղափոխում ոստիկանության Մաշտոցի բաժին։ 

Ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները պարզել էին, որ վիրավորները նշված փողոցի բնակիչներ 64-ամյա Լիլյա Ղ.-ն է և 33-ամյա Աննա Մ.-ն։

Դեպքի վայրում հավաքված քաղաքացիները, ովքեր հրաժարվել էին տեսախցիկի առջև խոսել, ասում էին, որ վիրավորները մայր ու դուստր են, իսկ նրանց դանակահարել է հարևանը՝ Տիգրան Մ.-ն, ով օրեր առաջ էր տեղափոխվել Նուբարաշենի հոգեկան առողջության կենտրոն, սակայն բժիշկները չգիտես ինչու նրան բաց էի  թողել։

Դեպքի փաստով Աջափնյակ և Դավթաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։

Մինչ դեպքի վայրում աշխատում էր քննչական խումբը, հիվանդանոցից քննչական բաժին ահազանգ էր ստացվել, որ վիրավորներից մայրը, գիտակցության չգալով, մահացել է։
