Կիրակի օրը ՝ մարտի 24-ը, Ռուսաստանում համազգային սգո օր է հայտարարվել: Այս մասին հայտնել Է ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը:
Ելույթ ունենալով մերձմոսկովյան Crocus City Hall համերգասրահում տեղի ունեցած ահաբեկչության կապակցությամբ ՝ նա արյունալի ահաբեկչություն է անվանել «Կրոկուս Սիթիի» վրա հարձակումը եւ վստահություն հայտնել, որ բժիշկներն ամեն ինչ կանեն ահաբեկիչների ձեռքով տուժածների կյանքը փրկելու համար:
«Ռուսաստանի հարգելի քաղաքացիներ, Դիմում եմ ձեզ արյունալի, բարբարոսական ահաբեկչական գործողության կապակցությամբ, որին զոհ գնացին տասնյակ խաղաղ անմեղ մարդիկ, մեր հայրենակիցները, այդ թվում ՝ երեխաներ, դեռահասներ, կանայք: Տուժածների, ծանր վիճակում գտնվողների կյանքի համար Այս պահին պայքարում են բժիշկները: Վստահ եմ, որ նրանք կանեն հնարավորն ու նույնիսկ անհնարինը բոլոր վիրավորների կյանքն ու առողջությունը պահպանելու համար», - հայտարարել Է Պուտինը շաբաթ օրը ռուսաստանցիներին ուղղված ուղերձում ։
