«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Ամերիկյան eurosianet.org-ը գրում է, որ ինչպես նշված է Վաշինգտոնում գործող վերլուծական կենտրոնի կողմից հրապարակված վերջին ամփոփագրում, ռուս քարոզիչները, խաղալով զգացմունքների վրա և առաջ մղելով այն նարատիվները, որ ԱՄՆ-ի և ԵՄ-ի հետ մերձեցումը տարածաշրջանին պատերազմ կբերի, հակաարևմտյան տրամադրություններ են հրահրում Հարավային Կովկասում: Փաստաթուղթը, որը հրապարակվել է Ատլանտյան խորհրդի թվային դատաբժշկական լաբորատորիայի կողմից՝ որպես Կրեմլի տեղեկատվական պատերազմի ավելի լայն վերլուծության մաս, գնահատում է Ռուսաստանի կողմից Հայաստանում, Ադրբեջանում և Վրաստանում 2023 թվականին «սադրիչ նարատիվների» տարածման արդյունավետությունը։ Ռուսական քարոզչամեքենայի կողմից Կովկասում տարածվող հիմնական ուղերձն այն է, որ Արևմուտքի հետ դաշինքը կհանգեցնի վիճակի փլուզման։
Ռուսաստանի տեղեկատվական քայլերը «երկակի նպատակ ունեն՝ խաթարել Ուկրաինային աջակցությունը և, պառակտելով այդ երկրները ներսից, այնտեղ ազդեցություն ձեռք բերել», ասվում է հետազոտության մեջ։ Հայաստանում ռուսական նարատիվներն ուղղակիորեն ուղղված են վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին, որի կառավարությունը Ղարաբաղյան երկրորդ պատերազմում պարտությունից հետո Կրեմլի հետ հարաբերությունների առաջնահերթությունից անցել է Արևմուտքի հետ կապերի ամրապնդմանը։ «Հիմնականում ռուսական լրատվամիջոցներով և Տելեգրամ - ալիքներով տարածված նարատիվներից մեկն ուղղված է Փաշինյանին որպես դավաճան ներկայացնելուն։ Զեկույցում նշվում է նաև, որ վերջին երկու տարվա ընթացքում Վրաստանում «Վրացական երազանքի» կառավարությունը «ընդլայնել է հարաբերությունները Ռուսաստանի հետ ինչպես քաղաքական, այնպես էլ տնտեսական առումով»։
Դա նպաստել է երկրում հակաամերիկյան նարատիվների տարածմանը, որոնք ուժեղացել են անցյալ աշնանը այն բանից հետո, երբ Վրաստանի պետական անվտանգության ծառայությունը հայտարարեց, որ USAID-ն իբր հովանավորում է հեղաշրջման դավադրությունը: Ադրբեջանը, որը ուկրաինական պատերազմի սկսվելուց հետո ավելի է մոտեցել Ռուսաստանին, ամրապնդել է Կովկասում USAID-ի ենթադրյալ դիվերսիոն գործունեության մասին նարատիվները. «Թվային դատաբժշկական գիտահետազոտական լաբորատորիան հայտնաբերել է USAID-ին առնչվող առնվազն տասնչորս հրապարակում, որոնց հեղինակները, ի թիվս այլ բաների, մեղադրել են ամերիկյան գործակալությանը Ադրբեջանում հակակառավարական գործունեության ֆինանսավորման մեջ,- ասվում է զեկույցում,- այդ հրապարակումները համեմատելուց հետո ակնհայտ դարձավ, որ օգտագործվել են այնպիսի նույնատիպ տեքստեր, որոնք կան նույն USAID-ի դեմ վրացական մեղադրանքներում»։
