Գետավանի հուշարձանն՝ ադրբեջանական վանդալիզմի թիրախ

Արցախի մշակութային ժառանգության մշտադիտարկում իրականացնող monumentwatch.org կայքում գրում է.
«Օկուպացված Արցախի Մարտակերտի շրջանի Գետավան գյուղում ադրբեջանական կողմը ոչնչացրել է Գետավան գյուղի ինքնապաշտապանության համար զոհված գետավանցի ազատամարտիկների հիշատակին կանգնեցված հուշարձանի պատին ամրացված հուշատախտակները:
Գետավանի հուշարձանը պաշտոնապես բացվել է 2016 թվականին: Հուշարձանի կենտրոնում տեղադրված էր քանդակագործ Վարազդատ Համբարձումյանի կերտած խաչքարը, որը ևս ոչնչացվել է: Հարկ ենք համարում նշել, որ սա վարպետի նմանօրինակ միակ աշխատանքը չէ Արցախում։ «Թուր-խաչերը» կամ «սահմանային խաչերը» Վարազդատ համաբարձումյանի նախաձեռնությամբ Ազատագրական պատերազմից հետո սկսեցին տեղադրվել Արցախի պահպանական գոտիներում՝ սահմանները ցուցելու և հաղթանակը խորհրդանշելու համար, հետո լայն տարածում գտան ինչպես Արցախում, այնպես էլ Հայաստանում։
Այստեղ «Թուր-խաչի» հորինվածքում հանդես է գալիս թուրը, որը կարծես քառաթև թուր լինի, այսինքն մենք չենք տեսնում սովորական թուր, որն ունի դաստակ, հորիզոնական բաժանարար և սայր. վարպետը կարծես փորձել է պատկերել նրա ուժն ու զորությունը բոլոր ուղղություններով։ Վարպետի խոսքերով «խաչը թուր է դառնում երբ հայրենիքը վտանգի մեջ է»։
Մեր արձագանքը
Արդարադատության միջազգային դատարանը հաստատել է, որ օկուպացված տարածքներում գործող օրենքները՝ ներառյալ մշակութային արժեքների պաշտպանության դրույթները, ձեռք են բերել միջազգային սովորութային իրավունքի (infra Jurisprudence) կարգավիճակ, այսինքն գործում են որպես համընդհանուր և անշրջանցելի կանոն և պարտադիր են բոլոր պետությունների համար։
Կարևոր է նշել, որ խաչքարերի թիրախավորումը հատկապես արգելված գործողություն է և համարվում է ծանր հանցագործություն ուղղված ողջ մարդկությանը, քանզի «Հայկական խաչքարերի արվեստը. խաչքարերի սիմվոլիզմն ու վարպետությունը» 2010 թվականից ընդգրկված է ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի կողմից 2003 թ. ընդունված «Ոչ նյութական մշակութային ժառանգության ցանկում» և համարվում է համամարդկային արժեք։
Խաչքարային մշակույթը լրացուցիչ պաշտպանություն ունի նաև պատերազմի ժամանակ և դրանից հետո։ Ի մասնավորի, համաձայն «Զինված հակամարտությունների ժամանակ մշակութային արժեքների պաշտպանության մասին» Հաագայի 1954 թ. կոնվենցիայի լրացուցիչ՝ 1999 թ. ընդունված երկրորդ արձանագրության սկզբունքների, խաչքարային ողջ մշակույթն ունի ուժեղացված պաշտպանություն, և դրան հասցված ցանկացած վնաս, համաձայն արձանագրության 15-րդ հոդվածի ա կետի, «լուրջ խախտում» է, որը՝ որպես ռազմական հանցագործություն, կարող է հետապնդվել միջազգային դատարաններում»։
