33, 36 և 31 տարեկան տղամարդիկ պլանավորած գողություն է կատարել Մարալիկում. ի՞նչ է հայտնի

Հունվարի 21-ի գիշերը մի քաղաքացի բնակարանային գողության վերաբերյալ հաղորդում տվեց ոստիկանության Անիի բաժնում: Մարալիկի Նոր թաղամասի բնակիչը հայտնեց, որ նախորդ ցերեկը տանը չի եղել, վերադարձել է կեսգիշերին մոտ և նկատել, որ տեխնիկական միջոցներով բացել են ննջարանի պատուհանը և գողացել ոսկյա զարդեր ու գումար: Պատճառված վնասը 840 հազար դրամի էր:
Բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը մեկնեց դեպքի վայր: Արթիկի և Անիի քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնվեց քրեական վարույթ, իրականացվեցին անհետաձգելի գործողություններ: Պարզվեց, որ զարդերից ու փողից բացի գողացել են նաև դոլարի և ռուբլու հուշանվեր թղթադրամներ:
Անիի քրեական հետախույզների օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներն արագ հաջողություն չապահովեցին այն պատճառով, որ հանցագործությունը նախօրոք մանրակրկիտ ծրագրված էր, հաշվարկած էր ամեն մի մանրուք: Այս ամենը հիմնավորվեց ավելի ուշ, երբ իրավապահների պրոֆեսիոնալիզմն ու հետևողականությունն արդյունք տվին: Ուրվագծվեց հանցագործության պատկերը, ձեռք բերվեցին ապացույցներ:
Ըստ տեղեկության` կատարվել էր հետևյալը: Մարալիկի Երիտասարդական փողոցի բնակիչ 44-ամյա տղամարդը, ճշտելով, որ վերոհիշյալ տանն այդ օրը մարդ չի լինելու, երևանցի երեք տղամարդկանց կանչում է Մարալիկ: Հունվարի 20-ին, երեկոյան ժամը 9-ին, 33, 36 և 31 տարեկան տղամարդիկ հասնում են Մարալիկ: Հրավիրողը նրանց դիմավորում է, իր մեքենայով տանում-մատնացույց է անում թիրախ ընտրած տունը և հեռանում: Ու մինչ երկու երևանցին, մեկը մեքենայում, մյուսը` տան մոտ սպասում ու հսկում են, 36-ամյա տղամարդը պատուհանը բացում ու կատարում է գողությունը: Սրանից անմիջապես հետո երևանցիներն իրենց մեքենայով մեկնում են մայրաքաղաք:
Այս ամենը պարզելուց հետո մարտի 4-ին կասկածյալներին բռնելու նպատակով Անիի բաժնի քրեական հետախույզներն ու համայնքային ոստիկանները մեկնեցին Երևան: Երեք կասկածյալն էլ հայտնաբերվեցին, ձերբակալվեցին, տեղափոխվեցին բաժին ու ներկայացվեցին նախաքննական մարմին: Նրանք խոստովանեցին արարքը, նաև հավելեցին, որ զարդերը 300 հազար դրամով վաճառել են անհայտ անձի, իսկ Երևանի ճանապարհին նկատելով, որ դոլարն ու ռուբլին հուշանվեր են` նետել են:
Մնում էր գտնել հանցագործությունը կազմակերպած մարալիկցի տղամարդուն, որը թաքնվում էր քննությունից: Այստեղ էլ գործի դրվեց բացատրական աշխատանքի միջոցը, և մարտի 15-ին 44-ամյա տղամարդը ներկայացավ ոստիկանության Անիի բաժին:
Նույն օրը, դատարանի որոշմամբ, նրա նկատմամբ խափանման միջոց ընտրվեց կալանքը, նա տեղափոխվեց քրեակատարողական հիմնարկ:
