Ապրիլի 5-ին Բրյուսելում նախատեսվում է Եվրահանձնաժողովի նախագահ Ֆոն դեր Լայենի, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և Միացյալ Նահանգների պետքարտուղար Բլինքենի համատեղ հանդիպումը, որտեղ նախատեսվում է քննարկել եռակողմ համագործակցության ուղիները, որոնք նպաստելու են Հայաստանի զարգացմանը:

Անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանի փոխանցմամբ, միջոցառումը նաև նպատակ ունի ամրապնդել Հայաստանի դիմակայունությունը:

Ռուսական մի շարք առաջատար տելեգրամյան ալիքներ երեկ տեղեկություն էին տարածել Հայաստանի գործող վարչախմբի կողմից ձեռնարկվող նոր հակառուսական քայլերի վերաբերյալ, մասնավորապես նշվում է, որ արդեն ապրիլին տեղի է ունենալու արևմտյան առաջնորդների և Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հանդիպում, որի ընթացքում կնքվելիք համաձայնագրերը ուղղված են լինելու հայ-ռուսական համագործակցության դեմ։

Ըստ տելեգրամյան ալիքների՝ ՆԱՏՕ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղար Յենս Ստոլտենբերգի այցի ընթացքում պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել ապրիլին կազմակերպել այդ հանդիպումը, որի ընթացքում, կամ դրանից հետո էլ եվրոպական մի շարք երկրներ ու միջազգային կառույցներ Հայստանին անվտանգության երաշխիքներ են տալու. համապատասխան պայմանագրեր են ստորագրվելու։

Նշենք, որ այդպիսի համաձայնագրեր արդեն կնքվել են Ուկրաինայի Ֆրանսիայի, Մեծ Բրիտանիայի, Գերմանիայի հետ ։

Ըստ էության, Հավաքական Արևմուտքը շարունակում է Հայաստանը ռուսական ազդեցության գոտուց հանելու, Հարավային Կովկասում էլ Ռուսատանի դեմ նոր ճակատ բացելու իր քաղաքականությունը։ Ուկրաինայի հետ կնքված նման համագործակցության համաձայնագիրն իհարկե որևէ կերպ չի փոխել իրավիճակը ռազմաճակատում։

Լավագույն դեպքում արևմտյան երկրները գումար և սպառազինություն են տրամադրում Ուկրաինային Ռուսաստանի դեմ պատերազմելու համար։ Հայաստանը նման ռեսուրս չունի և երբեք էլ չի ունենա։

Գտնվելով չափազանց վտանգավոր իրավիճակում Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի միջև՝ ևս մեկ ճակատ բացել, այն էլ ռազմավարական դաշնակցի և աշխարհի առաջատար գերտերություններից մեկի դեմ, որը էական շահեր ունի մեր տարածաշրջանում, իսկական ինքնասպանության ակտ կլինի Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կողմից։ Փաշինյանական վարչախմբին այդ հանգամանքը թերևս քիչ է հետաքրքրում։
