Դուք ինքներդ եք ասում, որ չկա սահմանագծման ու սահմանազատման հիմք, փաստացի համաձայնեցված քարտեզ, որի հիման վրա իրականացվում է: Փաստացի, դուք կատարել եք Ադրբեջանի պահանջներից հերթականը՝ առանց իրավական հիմքը ֆիքսելու նախաձեռնել եք գործընթացը, եւ այն նախաձեռնել եք մեր պաշտպանական գծի ամենաուժեղ հատվածում, որտեղ կան կահավորված դիրքեր եւ որտեղ Ադրբեջանի համար դժվարություն կա տարածքներ գրավելու: Այս մասին այսօր՝ մարտի 20-ին, ԱԺ-ում ասել է «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Քրիստինե Վարդանյանը՝ դիմելով Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին:
«Ինչ է ստացվում, փաստացի Ադրբեջանը, որտեղ չի կարողանում իր ուժերով ներխուժի, դա անում է ձեր ձեռքով: Հիմա մանիպուլյացիաները՝ գյուղ չի, տարածք է, փաստորեն դուք խոսում եք հայ զինվորների հետ կանչելու մասին, դրանով կազմաքանդվում է Տավուշի ամբողջ առաջնագիծը: Երկրորդը՝ նկատել եք, որ դուք վերջերս Ալիեւից ավելի շատ եք սկսել հայ ժողովրդին սպառնալ պատերազմով, երրորդը՝ այն քարտեզը, որ դուք ցույց եք տալիս, այդ տեսքով գոյություն չունի ու գուցե ՀԱՊԿ-ից, այլ բանի առաջ նախապայման դնելուց առաջ, Ադրբեջանի առաջ նախապայման դնեք գրավված, օկուպացված տարածքներից դուրս գալու: Ես վստահ եմ, որ դուք այս ամենի հետեւանքները շատ լավ պատկերացնում եք, բայց բոլոր այս հրամանները կատարողները պետք է հասկանան, որ սա հանցագործություն է, որեւէ մեկը իրավուքն չունի անել այս գործողությունները ու գուցե դուք ձեր համար ստեղծել եք երաշխիքներ, բայց բոլոր հրաման կատարողները պատասխանատվություն են կրելու վաղ թե ուշ»,-ասել է նա:
Փաշինյանը, արձագանքելով պատգամավորի նկատառումներին, որ սպառնում է պատերազմով, ասաց, որ իրենք մեղավոր են նրանում, որ ժողովրդին չեն ներկայացրել ամբողջ իրավիճակը:
«Բա ինչի էս բանը չէիք ասում, դուք ունեիք տեղեկատվություն, մենք չունեինք տեղեկատվություն, բա ինչի պարեցիր Շուշիում: Կամ էդ պետք է ասեի, կամ հակառակը, ինչ էր լինելու ձեր ռեակցիան, եթե այն ժամանակ առերեսվեինք իրավիճակին: Ընդ որում, ինչ ասում եմ՝ ապացուցելի է: Ինչ պետք է ասեի, պետք է ասեի, որ ժողովուրդ, Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը Ադրբեջաբնի կազմում կարող է ունենալ ինքնավարություն, ընդ որում, այն արձանագրումով, որ դա լինելու է հայ-ադարբեջանական ինքնավարություն: Դա է եղել 2018 թվականի բանակցային բովանդակությունը, եւ սա ապացուցելի է: Դուք ինձ ասում էիք՝ ինչի ես ասել՝ «Արցախը Հայստան է եւ վերջ», հիմա ինչի չես ասում Արցախը Հայաստան է եւ վերջ: Սա է ձեր հռետորիկան»,- ասել է նա:
