Ոսկեպարի բնակիչները պատրաստ են կանգնել հայկական զորքի թիկունքին ու գյուղը պաշտպանել։ Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Ոսկեպարի դպրոցի զինղեկ Նվեր Բեգլարյանը։
«Նպատակն է՝ 90-ականների նման ոտքի կանգնենք, համախմբվենք ու փորձենք բանակի հետ այդ հարցը լուծել։ Սա միայն ոսկեպարցիների գյուղը չի, սա մի նոր Սարդարապատ կարող է լինել։ Արդեն մեր լինել-չլինելու հարցն է, մենք էլ այսպես ենք լուծում, այսքան ենք կարողանում, այսքան ենք լուծում։ Եթե այդ տարածքները տրվեց, ապա գալու են ու նստեն գյուղի գլխին ու մեղմ ասած հանգիստ չեն տա բնակիչներին։ Ավելի լավ է՝ ժամանակին դա թույլ չտալ, քան հետո մտածենք, թե ոնց ենք անելու։ Հավանականությունը մեծ է, որ այդպիսով Ոսկեպարը կդատարկվի»,- նշեց նա։
Դպրոցի զինղեկի խոսքով՝ գյուղի բնակչությունը դեմ է տարածքներ տալուն․ «Արցախը Շուռնուխը արդյո՞ք դաս չէին մեր համար»։
Անդրադառնալով Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ ունեցած հանդիպումին՝ նա նշեց․ «Նա մեզ չի լսելու, նա անելու է այնպես, ինչպես ինքը ճիշտ կգտնի։ Ստացվում է, որ ամբողջ Տավուշը սխալ է դուրս գալիս, ինքը՝ ճիշտ։ Ասում է՝ մենք պիտի տանք, բայց չպահանջենք, մենք որ տանք, թուրքը մերը չի տալու։ Տպավորություն էր, որ նա եկել էր մեզ վախեցնել ու Ադրբեջանի քմահաճույքները կատարել»։
Հիշեցնենք, որ մարտի 18-ին վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Ոսկեպարի մշակույթի տանը հանդիպում է ունեցել Ոսկեպարի, Բաղանիսի, Ոսկեվանի բնակիչների հետ։ Հանդիպմանը մասնակցել են փոխվարչապետ Մհեր Գրիգորյանը, Տավուշի մարզպետ Հայկ Ղալումյանը, Նոյեմբերյան խոշոր համայնքի ղեկավար Արսեն Աղաբաբյանը, Ոսկեվանի, Ոսկեպարի, Բաղանիսի վարչական ղեկավարները։ Հանդիպմանը Փաշինյանը առաջարկել է՝ Ադրբեջանին հանձնել 90-ականներից Հայաստանի վերահսկողության տակ գտնվող 4 գյուղատեղիներ։ Առաջարկությունը ոսկեպարցիների դժգոհությունն է առաջացրել, ըստ էության, նրանք ընդհանուր հայտարարի չեն եկել։ Բնակիչները հայտարարել են, որ Ադրբեջանին տարածքներ տալու որոշման դեպքում իրենք ինքնապաշտպանության կդիմեն, Փաշինյանն էլ այդ դեպքում զգուշացրել է հնարավոր պատերազմի մասին։
