В Армении лишат возможности участия в интернет тотализаторах, организованных за рубежом

В Армении необходимо запретить возможность участия в интернет тотализаторах, организованных за рубежом. Об этом на заседании Национального Собрания во время обсуждения во втором и окончательном чтении пакета законопроектов о внесении изменений и дополнений в закон «Об азартных играх, интернет тотализаторах и казино» и поправок в смежные законы заявил 19 марта заместитель министра финансов республики Аваг Аванесян.

Также, как отметил замминистра, необходимо запретить рекламу данных игр на территории Республики Армения и во всем доступном на территории страны интернет-домена. Случаи и порядок блокирования будет определять Правительство.

Ограничения будут касаться организаций, не имеющих соответствующей лицензии, установленной законодательством страны.

Согласно проекту, сайты азартных игр, организованных в зарубежных странах и организациями, не имеющими соответствующей лицензии, определенной законодательством Республики Армения, будут подлежать блокированию операторами сети электронной связи общего пользования, которые предоставляют услуги доступа в Интернет, в порядке и в сроки, которые будут установлены Правительством РА, на основании перечня сайтов, подлежащих блокированию, утвержденного руководителем Уполномоченного органа (Специальной комиссии).

В случае нарушения указанных требований операторы, предоставляющие услуги доступа в Интернет, в рамках Кодекса об административных правонарушениях, будут нести ответственность.
