Bloomberg: ЕС может начать перечислять Украине доход от активов РФ в июле

Евросоюз разработал законопроект, который дает возможность направить Украине доходы от замороженных на Западе российских активов уже в июле, сообщило агентство Bloomberg со ссылкой на документ.

Так, ЕС планирует ввести налог на прибыль от заблокированных средств и использовать полученные деньги, около €3 млрд в год, для финансирования поставок оружия Украине и «стимулирования оборонной промышленности» страны.

Согласно законопроекту, часть доходов, полученных с 15 февраля, будет дважды в год передаваться в Европейский фонд мира, из которого оплачиваются поставки военной помощи Киеву, а также в Фонд поддержки Украины. Другая часть средств останется в центральных депозитариях для покрытия расходов на содержание активов и на случай возможных рисков, в том числе связанных с ответными мерами со стороны России.

При этом, как отмечает агентство, проект документа должны одобрить все члены ЕС.
