Պաշտոնական Բաքուն Երևանից պահանջում է անհապաղ իրեն վերադարձնել Տավուշի մարզի ու Ղազախի շրջանի սահմանագծին գտնվող չորս գյուղերը։ Փաշինյանը նաև իր մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ հայտնեց, որ Ադրբեջանի պահանջած 4 գյուղերը՝ Բաղանիս Այրումը, Աշաղը Ասքիփարան, Խեյրիմլին և Ղըզըլհաջիլին, Ալմա-Աթայի հռչակագրի համաձայն, դե յուրե Հայաստանի տարածքում չեն. «ՀՀ տարածքում երբեք այդպիսի անուններով գյուղեր չեն եղել»:
Tert.am-ը զրուցեց քարտեզագետ Ռուբեն Գալչյանի հետ՝ պարզելու ի՞նչ քարտեզների մասին է խոսքը, անկլավներն իրականում քանիսն են և ինչ վտանգների առաջ է Հայաստանը:
«Եթե Խորհրդային հանրագիտարանից են խոսում, ապա պետք է նաև բարձրաձայնեն, որ այդ ժամանակ 4 «անկլավներն» ապօրինաբար են համարվել ադրբեջանական, դրանց վերաբերյալ այսօր օրինական որևէ փաստաթուղթ գոյություն չունի։ Ոչ մի տեղ ոչինչ ամրագրված չէ, իրավական հիմքերը բացակայում են»,- նշեց քարտեզագետը:
Գալչյանի խոսքով ՝ Ադրբեջանը չի ընդունում իրեն՝ որպես Խորհրդային Ադրբեջանի իրավահաջորդ, այլ ընդունում է 1918-1920 թվականների անկախ հանրապետությունը։ Այդ ժամանակ որևէ անկլավ գոյություն չուներ, և 1200 քառակուսի կիլոմետր հայկական տարածքները, որ 1936-ին տրվել են Ադրբեջանին, դրանք էլ Հայաստանինն էին։ Ուրեմն՝ Ադրբեջանն իրավունք չունի՝ ըստ իր Սահմանադրության, պահանջելու Խորհրդային Միության ժամանակ իրեն տրված տարածքների վերաբերյալ։
«Ոսկեպարով է անցնում մեր հիմնական գազամուղի խողովակը, իսկ հանձնելու դեպքում Ադրբեջանը պարզապես կկրակի նորոգողների վրա և կմնանք առանց գազ, ճանապարհը կփակեն և Ոսկեպարը, որպես հայկական գյուղ այլևս գոյություն չի ունենա: Անկլավների հանձնում, եթե լինի, ապա Հայաստանն ամբողջությամբ կհայտնվի շրջափակման մեջ և կդառնա կղզի»,- հավելեց նա:
