Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել Վլադիմիր Պուտինին՝ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության նախագահի պաշտոնում վերընտրվելու առիթով:

«Հուսով եմ, որ երկկողմ հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող բոլոր ոլորտներում երկխոսությունը կզարգանա՝ ի շահ Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի ժողովուրդների»,- նշել է Փաշինյանը։

Հիշեցնենք՝ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը 87,28 % ձայներով վերընտրվել է Ռուսաստանի նախագահի պաշտոնում։

Դրանից հետո մի ամբողջ շարք երկրների ղեկավարներ շտապել էին շնորհավորել Վլադիմիր Պուտինին։

Եվրոպական երկրները, Միացյալ նահանգները կտրականապես հրաժարվել են շնորհավորել Ռուսաստանի նախագահին՝ հայտարարելով, իբր բազմաթիվ ընտրակեղծիքների և անարդար ընտրությունների մասին։

ԱՄՆ Պետդեպից էլ նշել էին, որ որևէ շնորհավորանք չի լինելու։ Մեկ օր անց միայն Փաշինյանը շնորհավորել է, ընդ որում, տեքստից էլ զգացվում է որոշակի սառնություն։

Հայաստանի արևմտամետ սեգմենտը պնդում է, թե հայկական կողմը չպետք է շնորհավորեր Վլադիմիր Պուտինին՝ դրանով ցույց տալով իր վերաբերմունքը Ռուսաստանի նկատմամբ։

Միջպետական հարաբերություններում տարբեր առիթներով միմյանց շնորհավորելը չափազանց կարևոր քայլ է, որը դրական է ազդում երկու երկրների հարաբերություների վրա։

Դրա համար պետությունների ղեկավարները շտապում են առաջինը կամ ավելի օրիգինալ կերպով շնորհավորել գործընկեր երկրի ղեկավարին՝ փորձելով ինչ-որ դիվիդենտներ շահել սեփական երկրի համար։ Փաշինյանական իշխանությունը սեփական երկրի շահը ստորադասելով, իր քայլերը իրականացնում է բացառապես արտաքին հովանավորների ճնշման ներքո։

Դեռ լավ է, որ Փաշինյանն ի վերջո հասկացավ չշնորհավորելու հետևանքները և հերթապահ ինչ-որ հայտարարություն արեց, սակայն հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունների կարգավորումը հարկավոր է իրականացնել օր առաջ, այլապես գործող վարչախումբը մեր երկիրը նորանոր աղետների կարող է տանել իր դիլետանտության պատճառով։
