Սիրելի նոեմբերյանցինե՜ր, համերկրացինե՜ր, մենք ապրում ենք իր խայտառակ դրսևորմամբ նախադեպը չունեցող պատմական շատ պատասխանատու, ամոթալի ու բարդագույն ժամանակաշրջան և հայտնվել ենք քաղաքական, բարոյահոգեբանական,կառավարման, անվտանգային, սոցիալական ու արժեհամակարգային խոր ճգնաժամի մեջ, որտեղից դուրս գալը կա՛մ արդեն անհնարին է, կա՛մ պահանջվում է համայն հայության շատ մեծ ջանքեր ու համերաշխություն։ Ազգովի կանգնած ենք ճակատագրական երկընտրանքի առաջ։ Երկընտրանքի` արժանապատվության, իրական խաղաղության, անվտանգության, բարեկեցության, հայրենիք ու պետություն ունենալու և ազգային խայտառակության, թրքահպատակության, նվաստացման ու հայրենազրկման միջև, որի ընտրությունը մեզանից պահանջում է խոհեմություն, միասնություն, կամք և խիզախություն։
Այս իրավիճակում նոյեմբերյանցիներս հպարտությամբ կարող ենք արձանագրել, որ հայ ժողովրդի պատմական վերածննդի, նրա զարթոնքի մեկնարկը կարելի է համարել տրված Նոյեմբերյանից, ինչի վկայությունն է նոյեմբերյանցիների կողմից վերջին օրերին ցուցադրած պայքարելու ոգին, պատասխանատվությունն ու անհանդուժողականությունը և հայրենի հողին տեր կանգնելու անզիջում կամքը։

Քառասուն տարի առաջ` 1984թ. նույնպես ոչ պատահականորեն նոյեմբերյանցիների տասնամյակների համառ ու հետևողական պայքարի արդյունքում Հայաստանին վերադարձվեց Ադրբեջանի կողմից անօրինաբար օգտագործվող շուրջ 14000 հեկտար հող։ Հիմա, առավել քան երբևէ, մեզանից պահանջվում է պայքարելու կամք, իմաստություն, միասնականություն և համերաշխություն, ցույց տանք, որ արժանի զավակներն ենք մեր պապերի ու հայրերի, մեր հերոսների, մեծերի ու նվիրյալների և տեր ենք կանգնելու մեր երկրին ու մեր հողին։
